VERY DIRTY, TV did not work, linens were stained and threadbare, hotel staff showed disinterest in solving problems. I can say that I will never stay there again!

Coffee was decent.

Filled with permanent residents that are loud and very comfortable with the thin walls. Moaning can be heard from multiple rooms so not kid appropriate unless you are up for awkward conversations. Toddlers screaming & running in halls at 2am, common areas smell like pot and cigarettes. Sheets were dirty and stained, housekeeping never came despite 2 requests to freshen room and leave fresh sheets, I slept in a sleeping bag. Room smelled like a gym locker.

Love the view from the southern side of the building and that we get the morning light and the evening sunset. Also likseeing the herd of deer and turkeys in the fields and woodlands.

Was not able to get hot water in the shower quickly.

Location this a good stop before heading to New England. I stop here often. But it seams that it is going into disrepair.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the shower. Also no smoking means no smoking, there should not be cigarette burns on the bathroom vanity, nor should there be the smell of stale smoke in the room.

The outside looked nice and the water was hot.

Hallways, elevator and non-smoking room reeked of smoke. I had to open coffee package and put it over ac to help with smoke smell. Sheet had cigarette burn hole. When I asked for sheets and 3 more pillows for pull out bed the staff advised you can only have 2 more pillows. That brings us to 5 pillows for 3 guests. These pillows are really small. Pullout bed was very squeaky keeping everyone awake. Lastly, the one v and remote did not work.

Advertised free breakfast, but only offered a granola bar and tiny bottled water in a bag.

Hotel was extremely dirty and the staff was rude and very insensitive. I came up for a funeral and booked 1 night as I arrived early and the staff treated me as if I were disturbing them as I asked questions in regards to the hold they wanted to out on my card. I called customer service and was told there was no hold to be put in my card to stay at their property. when I arrived they instructed me the hold was 100.00. For me it was the rudeness ….insensitivity and dismissive attitude as I just drove al the way from another state 14 hrs for a funeral and to arrive and be disrespected in such a way. I recommend retraining of front desk employees and sensitivity training !!! I will never spend any money with this hotel chain EVER again and would not recommend it to anyone !!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!
