The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like that there was still drinks in the fridge from previous customer and breakfast was very limited even though I went down not long after it started. I also couldn't check in on time because room wasn't ready. Pool was kinda small and didn't feel heated.

I am going to try to be fair in this review, but there was a lot of bad. Mark, who checked us in, was incompetent. He left me waiting while he took a bathroom break right when I walked in. Then he checked us into a room that was already occupied. This was a huge waste of our time. The lady who was already in the room was not happy either. When I told him that we were going to be late getting to a job because of this, he chastised me for " not being nice" . He charged me a 50$ fee but he did not tell me why or mention he was going to do it I just found a random charge I will watch t to see if it is reversed now that I checked out. The tile on the floor in the bathroom was broken, but that's okay they are remodeling the bathrooms in the hotel starting every morning at 8 am. You can look forward to loud banging right above your room bright and early. I do not know why rooms directly under the room being remodeled were even assigned to someone. You would think they would have some consideration for their guests and at least tell them about the construction. If customer service is important to you, then go somewhere else. The staff at this hotel does not uphold the reputation of Best Western Hotels, and I suggest retraining for all of the front desk staff.

Good location for someone travelling through as it's near the highway with plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly.

All the tiles in the bathroom floor were loose so every step you'd make a big racket. The chair at the desk was past its retirement date.

It was well beyond my expectations clean and really convenient and the staff was amazing

This was the best Hotel in OKLAHOMA! The rooms were amazing, the breakfast was off the chain, and the heat pool was the best!
