Staff was very pleasant
My room had a mechanical hum that kept us awake at night. Daytime was okay, the tv helped drown out the noise. We tried ear plugs to sleep the second night without much success.

Parking garage
Basically everything. Total construction zone, crappy/uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, nowhere near Main St despite being advertised as so, bed bug bites, the list goes on

location, coffee
heater is a bit noisy, bed a little firm
2.0
Good location, underground parking lot.
1. Room is cold! It was 28F overnight but the heater did not work. No warm air at all and it was so loud that it was impossible to get a sound sleep. Had to compensate with couple extra blankets.
2. Limited hot water in shower and the sink. Had to let cold water running for 5+ minutes until warm water came out.
3. Remodeling in progress, majority of hotel facilities are not available. Including pool and hot tub, which is quite essential in a ski trip. This could be a personal thing but definitely would've been good to know beforehand. There are also a lot of constructions going on which doesn't make it seem a cozy place to stay.
4. Can hear all the footsteps from the room above. Very noisy.

We stayed 5 nights at this resort for a family ski vacation. We stayed in room 322. It’s warm, clean, and well equipped. All the hotel staff we interacted with are very nice. The manager of the hotel is a skier. He gave us good information about the skiing. The Park City free shuttle buses stop just a few steps away from the front door of the resort - taking us door to door for skiing. We are very happy with our stay.

location was nice
I very rarely complain about anything but I disliked almost everything. the room was tiny. the Bed was against a wall so as a couple, I had to climb into bed via the bottom of the bed. every time I had to get up to go to the bathroom, I had to crawl to the bottom of the bed to get out. The security lock came off the first night. The heat/cooling was difficult…you could not control the temperature of the room. there were multiple black hairs in the shower when we got there. the only other seating in the room was a wooden dinning chair. Since it was so difficult for me to get on and off the bed, I spent the evening sitting on the hard dinning chair.
5.0
It was a good location and was easy to get around from there. Good variety of food choices within walking distance. The room was very clean upon arrival. The underground parking was also nice.
When booking, there was no indication that there would be remodeling work being done. The room type we booked apparently only faces out into the big common area where work was being performed, even on Saturday. We were only informed that the pool was closed for remodeling when they called to confirm our reservation. I would have appreciated being told far earlier, and have it made clear what we would be walking into so I could have made different accommodations, or given the option of moving to a room type that wasn't as exposed to all of the construction noise.

the place is falling apart. old stained couches. broken stoves and nasty carpet.
the pool was closed. we reserved a 2 bedroom suite and after checking in we were given a studio. I checked with the front desk and their system showed a studio while my reservation had something else. had to prove what I had reserved. our room was dirty. the kitchen sink was covered in grease and dirt (like it had overflowed and no one cleaned it) no vacuuming under tables or furniture. they moved us to a second room that was a little better. still no vacuuming but this was our third room so I gave up.
