6.0
location
poor water pressure and temperature (water barely above room temperature made for cold showers).
8.0
Room was outdated. Electrical outlets were tough to keep plugs in the wall. The shower had been redone and was fantastic. Flooring needed to be replaced. Location was outstanding. Hot tub wasn’t as clean as it could have been.
8.0
The location is the best attraction of the property. Next to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, very easy access to Fresh Market and Old Town via free public transportation unless in rush hour.
The room layout needs an update to catch up with the time. For the one bed room with two queens, the power outlets are hidden in the corner, very hard to access to charge any modern electronics devices while resting in bed.
An extra chair will also be a good welcome addition to the only single person sofa.

Great location if you want to ski or snowboard. The slopes are right next door.
The check-in counter was actually a folding table in a closet with no person working there. Because we checked in after 4 pm, we had to phone a number and get our room key from a combination safe on the wall. I had never checked into a property like this, but it worked out fine. Just took a while to figure out.

Room was clean and decent sized.
Bed was uncomfortable, they need new mattresses. Barely any staff and could use more signs to navigate around the property.

nothing
box elder bugs everywhere. old furniture. carpet was in poor quality.

Location was okay and the Bathroom was decent.
The rooms are outdated and did not match what was shown online. Tv was incredibly small, beds weren't the most comfortable and there was one trash bin in the bathroom for the whole room. No food within a 10 minute walk. We interacted face to face with exactly 0 Staff and found a Juul pod in our room, which neither my wife or I smoke.
All of this without mentioning the check in method not being explained before we arrived at the hotel since we had to call to get a code to get into a elevator, then another code to open a safe and then were trusted to only get our envelope with the key's and room assignments. I understand the front office is being remodeled but to leave the keys out open to anyone that was staying?

close to the Main Street
I would preferred to have a microwave rather than a safe box when house cleaning service was not provided.
and they should consider changing their coffee maker to a better one. the coffee maker that was provided is broken and they replace with another broken coffee maker

the room was adequate. a little dated. Nothring really exceptional, but for the price and location it's a good value.

Good location, some rooms have good views
The room was not the same room as in the pictures and even though it states queen beds the beds are double and not queen width. We were put in a room with a view to a wall and the carpet was still wet from something that happened the previous day where they cleaned. Everything was very dated. We complained that it was the the room we booked. They said they were full but could move us the next night. We moved the next day and the front desk person was very rude to my wife saying that we were supposed to check out at noon to change rooms even though they did not tell us this. The second room had a good view and was a bit better but still very dated but at least brighter. They call them condos but they are not, they are very small hotel rooms. Some of the electrical plugs did not work and of the ones that did the plugs were so worn out that a plug would not even stay plugged in. Also there are no plugs by the beds. The laundry machines take coins only as the credit card payment system is broken but there was no coin machine. We had to run around to try and find coins but none of the local vendors wanted to give any. In addition the “pool” was not working. For what you pay this place is only good for the location.

The location is great, in walking distance to multiple lifts. Walk to city center is still convenient, there is also a bus shuttle. The daytime receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower. I brought my own skiing gear but there's a ski shop and rental directly in the lobby that seems to be well equipped.
I had a late arrival (which I announced) and was confronted with a frozen self-check-in screen in an abandoned hotel lobby at about 11:30pm. I called for assistance and the person that helped me has obviously not much experience in the service and hospitality industry. For trying for 10mins to make the frozen check-in work and being worried and then wait another 20mins for someone to show up who acts like I am to blame for something is not pleasant.
The room itself had no nice appearance, rather dark and dated. The balcony, a small fenced square on a large concrete plateau, was filled with garbage, including used medical face masks. Housekeeping did not happen after the one of my two nights when I would have noticed.

Everything at the hotel was just as expected. It was convenient. I had a great experience.
3.0
Great location, indoor parking, and 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.
Extremely poor facilities. The room decor was falling apart, including coat hooks falling from the wall.... paper thin walls without isolation from adjacent rooms, lack of equipment in kitchen, hot tub not functional 30% of the time. Very poor value for the money, friends stayed next door for same equivalent cost and had much better experience.

Heat didn't work, freezing cold and maintenance was not able to help, but they did try. Very frustrating night and a half. It was cold

Great location for the lifts and getting on the slopes. A 10 minute walk to main street and the heart of Park City. The Epic pass App was helpful in letting us know which lifts were broken down or just not running, and the wait times for each..
Vail Resorts need to up their game as far as lifts not running, breaking down...and quad lines filtering down to enough room for three skiers to squeeze by..and the option of running over to the Canyons wasn't any better with 2 of their main lifts broke down or just not running...Get some skiers on your board and start investing on the mountain ...
