The pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast was ok, my eggs were cold.

The mattresses suck, they're hard as a rock.

The toilet was very very loud when u flused it, the sign on the breakfest area says its served between 6am ans 9 am daily but the front desk guy snapped at a guest saying on weekends it's 7am til 10am, very small breakfest choices too.

Breakfast was good if you weren't one of the last ones there. No sausage, no eggs. Next day ran out of waffle mix.

I booked with Priceline at a certain rate. When I came found prices were different on weekend. Much higher. The Priceline on line did not suggest this. I won't stay there again. Bait and switch.

Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very well managed.

staff was accusing us of having a pet even after we denied multiple times she said we took too long grabbing stuff from our car and it was suspicious I felt like I was on trial, The room was not clean and the pull out sofa had a bunch of crumbs and all the food in between there were stains on the carpet the bathroom drain was clogged and the room smelled like smoke

The affordability, Check in staff, and a comfortable bed.

The house keeping staff did not collect and replace towels or remove trash. I had to request fresh towels and was told I had to bring the used linings down before they would provide fresh towels etc. I had to remove the trash and dispose on my own. There was a soiled sheet on the floor between the sofa bed. The refrigerator was not turned on prior to arrival and the controls were broken. The workout facilities was out of order

The staff were very accommodating. I liked the location.

The first room we were in the air conditioner was messed up. The hotel had a pipe busted on one side of the hotel. The hotel tried to clean it up but you could smell the moisture and my husband ended up sick once we left. I feel we should have been told so we could make other arrangements if we wanted to. Also we booked it so we could swim and the pool was freezing.

Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff were great. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.

my wife loves a good jacuzzi, hot, jets worked perfect

our main focus is comfort, quality sleep is essential to us. the bed was very uncomfortable. the mattress is outdated. there was a noise going on all night. breakfast; no utensils to make waffles. nothing like the brochure. not worth the money at all
