Staff were were very professional, kind and helpful. Hardworking when getting breakfast out in the morning.
Facility is “tired” looking. Needs some work to update and not look so worn. Check in area is very generic. Not welcoming at all. Lighting in room is bad. Fluorescent, harsh lighting. Needs to be warmer lighting in main room and bathroom.

Updated and newly renovated stylish clean rooms, I loved the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Locatiom is. good, Westlake is beautiful.

Location good. breakfast like most with full breakfasts. Bed clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Our first room had no hot water in the shower. We took a cold shower the first night. Then moved rooms. The next room had some minor maintenance issues, (door handle in bathroom didn't work or lock, AC filter was clogged, so room was very humid.) Room was clean enough, but not super clean. Most of the time we were unable to get on-line. It seemed like the cost was too much for what we got.

Breakfast was good. I wasn’t charged what my booking.com reservation said, but after a hassle they said they refunded the difference.

We tried to call front desk from the hotel room the phone will ring and no one will answer at the front desk, so incase of emergency the guest will be unable to contact the front desk
The manger was aware of a problem according at 11pm the next morning and yet never called us back to discuss what happened, the Hotel is old but yet being old doses not have to be as dirty as it was, you will not give your dog a bath in the bathtub with all the stains in it.

Fantastic location just off the Interstate, but in a quiet area very close to a major shopping center with many good restaurants. We frequently travel along Interstate 90 to visit family and will always make this hotel our stopover. Room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The lobby was being renovated, so check in was at a side door and desk clerk was very nice and efficient. Had a good sleep, great dinner and good breakfast nearby.

The breakfast was very nice. We always love Hampton Inn breakfasts - especially the oatmeal. The location was so pretty. Surrounded by trees the autumn colors were outstanding. Plus it was very quiet, despite being very close to shopping and lots of restaurants.
The desk chair in our room was loaded with someone else's hair. Ick! Please be sure to have staff vacuum those chairs after each visit! Otherwise the room was very clean and the Inn was very quiet.
The dining area was VERY cold - so near the always opening front entrance combined with a strong draft from the ventilation unit.
One more thing - get larger top sheets! No Hampton Inn has top sheets that really hang over the side of the bed enough. Tough with two people sharing the bed!

The hot breakfast was very good! There were several options available. The trays to carry items were a nice touch.
The coffee cup lids were not adequately stocked. There was no fridge or microwave in our room.
