It's a newer hotel. Lobby, dining area, room, and the property are all like new. The breakfast was good and the area well attended.

I can't really fault the hotel for building early in an area that appears in progress of being developed. Give it 5-10 years for restaurants and other businesses to build in around this nice hotel.

Breakfast was great! Outfits room was filled with rusted lights and office chair was very old and rusty! I felt for the cost this was not worth my stay. Felt like a days in slightly updated . Overall I only needed one night.

Rust around the room on lights and faucet’s. No water pressure and not so comfortable bed. With the rust and a very used rusty office chair in the room brought the overall quality of my stay down

Great location, beautiful lobby and nice rooms.

The elevator was far from the lobby and needed attention.

We booked a room for 5 adults and it only slept 4. we have an email confirmation showing this and we were told we should have known it didn’t sleep 5 adults by researching the room layout despite booking a room for 5. They had no other rooms available so we asked for a cot. They sent a crib. Since hat won’t work for a 21 year old they sent sheets so he could sleep on the floor. That night, my daughter in law got sick and unfortunately threw up on the bathroom floor. my husband and I were asleep so she went to the desk to ask for cleaner so she could clean the floor. The clerk told her he didn’t have any but she could purchase face wipes to clean it up with so did that that. The next morning I complained that really they don’t have cleaning supplies and she had to purchase wipes to clean it up. They refunded the money for the wipes. Overall not a good experience.

The location was fantastic and the staff was very attentive. the room itself was spacious.

The bathroom was poorly designed and the roll in shower left water all throughout the bathroom floor with no fan or ventilation. since we don’t get fresh towel service or housekeeping daily, the room was damp and we never had enough towels.
