The space was great and location was awesome.

The linen was dirty/spotty in a couple rooms and staff never responded after reporting it.

The gentleman, I believe his name was Mark that walked us through our difficulties. He was always helpful and pleasant.

The unit was very tight. Not even a place to sit comfortably, Unit was much older than shown. Waited for someone to greet us & let us into the unit -no one ever came. Finally called (after more than an hour) and we were directed to go to the unit over the phone. Had trouble locking and unlocking the front door. Bathroom fan did not work. Baseboards grimy. Ordered golf clubs and they were old, not full sets and men's clubs. We were women in the unit. Owners were supposed to call us about these clubs. We never heard from them. Had difficulty finding remotes in bedroom for TV. 2 never found.
