On Beachfront with its own Grill Bar by the pool overseeing to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay and breakfast after the only bad experience we had with checking in hour. Which we got there early( 12:45pm)but was told to check back by 2:00 pm so we did and was confronted with different staff member who was not hearing it and bluntly told us check in was til 4pm.

Beachfront was very convenient location. Like the idea of having full bottles of soap/shampoo. Room had a door to step out to the pool courtyard, this was very convenient.

Pool and hot tub were not clean. Shower by the hot tub was not working. Hotel restaurant had false advertising on a special deal for pizza and wings. Ice machine was not working.

The staff was very nice and helpful they made sure we were hydrated and even gave us a little pick me up snack.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like, I was very pleased!

Breakfast was superb. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Location is accessible and convenient.

It would be better if you hire more staff during breakfast buffet.

Restaurants weren't open/weren't easily accessible. The lady who checked us in didn't explain anything about breakfast and beach/courtyard open vs closed.

Couldn't upgrade to ocean front. The ocean front pool was often locked. The selection of food products to purchase was poor. The heater didn't work, so I had to change my room again. The complementary buffet because the kitchen was closed could have at least offered boiled eggs. Instead, too many sugary sweet items detrimental to health were what was offered.

Paid for a beach view, was notified 2 days before that it was unavailable and could not be refunded. Restaurant was closed and so was the bar and grill. Could have stayed home and looked a cold pool. Instead drove 3.5hrs there and back to be disappointed. I’ve stayed at this property before and never had a negative review

Room change last minute, couldn’t cancel or be denied the difference. Restaurant and bar grill were closed. Room was not up to par with other times I have visited. Both doors were hard to lock. The patio door only locked on the deadbolt. The front door needed to slam to lock deadbolt.

The beachfront view was beautiful. We walked out our balcony and saw dolphins in the morning. Great view of the coastline. Easy walk to the beach and waterfront. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No free continental breakfast. $19/person. Party of 6 we didn’t feel like dropping another $100+ for a (normally included) perk. This one you’re paying for the view. Vending machines are front lobby commissary. Higher prices for convenience. I’ve machine on our floor was out of order. Kitchenette was nice.

The website said there's a spa on site and it wasn't. Along with the beachfront accommodations having a spa was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. That was very disappointing. I didn't complain but the noise level of guests nearby wasn't respectful of others.

Really liked the location on the beach and that we could rent chairs & umbrella.

Ice machine on the first floor was not working. I think they need vending machines near the ice machine.

They would not let us check in early. My spouse has medical issues and needed to rest. I offered to pay extra and they said nope! It was his last chance to see the ocean before his transplant surgery. I wish it wasn't such a rocky start to our trip. I know a lot of people ask to check in early but I feel you could have let us pay an extra fee instead we sat in the car for 4 hours. That's not ok. Also the front desk staff were just plain rude.

Great hotel! The staff was very professional and ready to help with any requests we had. The room and pool were nice and clean. The gentleman who cleaned our room was very accommodating and did a little extra since we had a toddler with us. The beach was great and so close! We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect! Near the pier with a section of beach not taken up by rows of rentable chairs & umbrellas (the cost of those, I understand were $35 a day - reasonable; but too close together for my tastes). We brought a beach tent which we set up in the open area & had more privacy.

The rooms weren't super clean. Going barefoot in the rooms made our feet black. Also, there was no fitted sheet on the beds which meant every morning the covers were a mess.

The room was on the ocean and the view was just what my wife wanted.

Pool was dirty, no one came to empty the trash daily, we received clean towels once the week we were there but never received any wash rags. They took the take the ones that were there the one time they cleaned the room but did not replace the rags. We paid for the breakfast buffet but needed to go to the front desk daily to get a pass to eat.

Excellent location, right on the beach and close to the pier and boardwalk. Clean, comfortable room. Nice atmosphere for families or senior citizens. Staff was friendly. Don't have any complaints!
