Clean, great location, convenient parking , loved the room, very nice staff
Worst breakfast ever, , eggs made me very ill, even though i only had one bite before throwing them out. The hydrogen sulfide gas was so strong from the eggs that the manager was spraying air freshener while we were eating and scrunching his nose.

The staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Gave us great ideas on where to eat, etc. Breakfast staff were really nice and helpful also. Amazing location. I loved walking right from the hotel to the beach.
Water pressure is horrible. It is hard to rinse the shampoo out of hair. A power outlet needs to be by the mirror in the main room, so guests can use it to do their hair or makeup. Did not like the waffles, they were way to sweet. It would be nice if you could have a waffle maker to make our own.

THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT FOR ME AND MY WIFE. WE WERE IN FOR A WEDDING THAT WAS AT ANOTHER HOTEL A FEW MILES BY THE ATTRACTIONS. STILL FAMILY FRIENDLY, ALSO GOOD FOR COUPLES WHO DONT NEED THE HUGE POOL WITH THE WATER SLIDES. BETTER VALUE TOO. THE WATER AND SAND HAVE NOT BEEN DIGITALLY ENHANCED… THERE WAS A DAY WHERE THE OCEAN WAS CALM AND THE WATER REMINDED ME OF ARUBA!

Breakfast was served every morning not the biggest variety but it was included, the room is a was a nice size for my family of 3. The beach was only a few steps from away which was perfect.
The room had a weird smell like the carpet needed a good shampoo or completely replaced. The smell was not unbearable, just wasn't pleasant .

I liked the location
Staff was rude when I asked him to explain why they were charging me $80 more than the online price. They were stingy with the towels, there were 4 of us staying 2 nights and didn't even provide us with enough towels for one night, the sign in the bathroom said to set dirty towels in the hall and they would bring clean ones but that didn't happen. Breakfast was mediocre at best and they don't provide enough seating to sit down and eat. The elevators were so slow that we just took the stairs they were much quicker. Parking was awful as well, not enough spaces and the parking spaces seemed tiny if you have a larger truck or SUV. Really isn't worth the money, when you can spend a little more for a nicer place that actually has a balcony and a full beach view. We learned our lesson and won't be booking this hotel again.

Room was clean, nice & executive feeling. Very nice upscale bathroom and shower. Two TVs and both were actually a good moderate size.
Parking is tight. Parking lot entrance was also a little confusing.
