Beautiful room with a balcony!

there was an emergency number I called

I booked at 830pm. Online said open 24 hours. I got there at 1030pm and the place was a ghost town. There was a note on the check in door that said they closed at 10 (this was after I drove all over the property trying to figure out where the check in desk was). finally found an emergency number to call and a guy came and opened to check me in. He was very nice but I was upset as I thought I had paid for a room and now it was 11pm before I finally found the number to call. He said someone was supposed to leave a late check in key/envelope taped to the door. There was no late check in envelope. There were no instructions in the long text I received telling me they closed for the night and I showed the guy where it said online they are open 24 hours. He told me it was because I booked so late they missed it. If they left at 10pm how did they miss they had someone book for that night?? I was happy with my stay despite them closing early without posting the true hours of business. It’s almost a week later and it still says they are open 24 hours!

breakfast was poor and very expensive for what we got. Much higher quality at half the price in local diners. Staffs attitude to most things was take it or leave it.

The breakfast was great for continental breakfast. People were so helpful.

The Farm Inn is located a little outside of the town which gives it the advantage of being more in nature and along a non-busy road compared to many of the other hotels we looked at. (In off season)

Restaurant was closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays - which is good to know. And book SPA appointments three days before your stay! (Off-Season - there was only like 4-8 guests during our stay)

The property is beautiful. The Christmas decorations in the main areas and exterior areas are fabulous. The bed and room is comfortable.

We were unable to secure dinner reservations though we attempted at breakfast.

Very cute town close to everything. We were there to relax and it was perfect for that. Staff was very friendly.

I would of liked to have seen a little bit more Christmas theme since it was the Christmas Inn. I do realize new owners took over in September and our probably getting organized. Our room was very plain and not really homey feeling but it was clean and comfortable.

I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. Almost all carbs. No hot items (eggs, meat) and no fresh fruit.

The buildings and rooms are very charming and comfortable. The bed was great and everything is clean. The spa was fabulous and both my husband and I got massages. The views from different areas of the property were stunning; especially with the fall foliage. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The staff were all really nice and welcoming. There is a firepit area where they had a big fire in the evening. This ended early so as not to disturb other guests. The Inn is near lots of attractions including the Honeymoon Bridge (covered bridge) and is near the White Mountains National Forest.

The restaurant was not very good. We both ordered the duck and probably should have sent it back, but we were tired from a day of traveling. If you are staying on the second floor, you may have to carry luggage up steep steps.

Our suite was spacious, well decorated, very comfortable! The whole location was beautiful!

Easy to find. Charming interior. Friendly helpful staff. close to photogenic Jackson Falls.

Our room was up a steep flight of stairs up which we had to carry a heavy suitcase. Evening meals not available on the days we were there, presumably due to staff shortage.

It was ok. Had to make reservations for continental breakfast? Restaurant or Pub wasn't open 1st night. Didn't open until 5 the next day.

Room location. Too scattered around. Had to drive to breakfast.

great property with space to wander and explore! the theme was cute and they really followed it to a t.

probably due to being old buildings, there was definitely an odour in the stairwell and the carpeting.
