Yes when we first got there..got our room and it was one with a pullout couch ...Sorry to say when pulled.out it had black dog hair all over it ..but when manager came.up she was very accommodating and moved us to another room ..river view ..and a dunking donuts gift card

Noisy, late night door slams. I was charged twice. I paid through Booking. com on 12/19/2022. I was charged an additional $257.89. I was expecting a refund of $75.00 for the fact that I reserved a King room and ended up with a double queen room.

Breakfast was very good, rooms clean and most of all the staff was very friendly and helpfull. This was the first Hampton Inn we stayed and on our way down home we stayed at Hampton Inns thanks to y'all. You also are pet friendly !!!!

I was really impressed with the hot breakfast everyday and the variety of breads and muffins I felt the staff were extremely friendly and helpful the room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable and the location ideal so close to all the restaurants and shops I even though it was a bit more than I usually pay I feel it was worth the money for the comfort and location I would definitely visit again and give this hotel a five star rating

Breakfast should be served a little longer especially on the weekends when people tend to sleep in. Or maybe offer brunch on the weekends

The staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was a nice perk. The room was clean and the staff was able to find us a second suitcase holder. Having coffee and tea available all day and night was also a nice perk.

There were a few things we disliked. The chair (not the desk chair) was just not comfortable. Not sure everyone would feel that way. The river view was not exactly a river view. It overlooked the parking lot and telephone poles. I don’t think that windows that open are safe if you’re traveling with kids.

The room smelled unclean.

It was a great location, walking distance from down town. Great little shops. Employees were always friendly and smiling.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Nice variety.
