Everything was perfect! Great people at the reception. Nice facilities and the location cannot be better. They give you beach chairs and umbrellas if you need. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
The wifi was not good enough to make work calls or so. Good enough to browse the internet tho. It could be a bit better. I also missunderstood where I can park and got a parking ticket but that was my fault. Otherwise, no negatives

The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to meet your needs. Amal and Steve are so professional and committed! Bottle of water available 24h is a sweet touch. There is microwave, fridge and toaster in the room. Perfect! You cross the avenue, there’s the beach. I mean, what else can you ask for. I’d definitely recommend and be back. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.
I know it’s cultural but the breakfast options are not so healthy. Too much industrialized food. I preferred to make my own in my room.

Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war im Innenhof und damit sehr ruhig. Alles was auffallend sauber. ich fands toll dass es einen schattigen Pool gibt und einen Pool mit mehr Sonne. Toll dass es auch noch kostenloses Frühstück gab obwohl wir es nicht gebucht hatten. Meer liegt direkt über der Straße. Hotel ist in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend. Stühle und Stimme für den Strand können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden und Parkplatz ist auch gratis.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wenn ich etwas nennen müsste, dann wäre es das unbequeme Bett

Staff is very friendly, Rooms are clean, the location is perfect. right in front of the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. We have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed our stay.
I really don't have anything negative to say except the the rain and the hotel has nothing to do with mother nature. all in all, it's a great hotel to stay with family and friends.

Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast, so compared to most every other hotel, it was a great added bonus. No parking fees, no resort fee made this a booking without surprises that could add another $100 per day to your bill.
Pool was very basic, but to be honest I did not book this hotel because of the pool, so it had no effect on my enjoyment of the hotel.

i stayed here once before when they were in the middle of construction and it was already nice. now, with the pool, the breakfast, and the upkeep it's still very much the best value in that area. very comfortable sized rooms, well furnished and clean.

Best hotel price quality ratio in South Florida. Located at the Beachfront, there are also two swimming pools surrounded by fifty year old Australian pines and many plants. Spacious and comfortable rooms, some with fully equipped kitchens. Excellent breakfast. Family business run by its owners: very kind people, you will feel at home. Close to Sunrise Boulevard (Shopping Mall area) and Las Olas (Nightlife zone). August 2022 was my first time and it won’t be the last!

The location, room and staff were just perfect. I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. Right across the street from the beach, 2 pools, free breakfast; free parking, free beach chairs to borrow and toys for the kiddies, staff always working- just the BEST

We will be returning.
Not the biggest deal but the cook in the morning was a bit rude. Service without a smile, never said good morning or acknowledged us. If I wanted that kind of poor attitude I would've stayed in NY.
Another con: the smokers. Wow there were many. Thankfully we didn't stay in the hotel long enough for it to be a major problem.

The hotel was clean, great location, and for a tortuga festival weekend it was a very fair price. We got a room with a ocean front view and great distance from the festival. Would return again!!

Location to the beach and the staff. It's a nice little Art Deco hotel .
The bathroom was way too small and the compressor on the refrigerator made a very loud noise when it turned on. Also the hotel should have bike rental available.

The front desk was extremely nice and friendly. Max and Carlton were the best. I don't know the maintenance guys name, but he was everywhere doing everything. Within walking distance to places, but no convenience stores like cvs or 7 11 around, you need a car. Everything was so clean and set up perfect. The only thing I would change would be, to have them put restrooms in the pool areas. Otherwise I will definitely be back.
