Great staff and you can request cooking stove and pots and plates so that’s great but the price is a little high considering you can get a lot nicer places for like $20 more.

Bad old mattress. Dirty shower. Old furniture. Old dirty carpet. Price is very high, especially for such an old hotel, that had zero renovations or adjustments in the last 10 years

WC was clogged, they had to change us room, the new room was also in a rough shape, the faucet was broken and shower too.

It was a cheap room, however since I experienced what is thought to be bed bugs, I might consider staying elsewhere from now and this is my second time staying. Please have staff deep clean the rooms. It will save time
and money in the long run.
I may have been bitten by bed bugs. I noticed in the morning I had multiple bites around my chest area that are patterned just like bed bug bites compared to a mosquito (multiple bites in a zig zag patterned closed together). The staff and everything is excellent but I think they should do a deep clean of each room because it will save time and money in the long run. It sucks because I enjoyed my stay and the location and staff are super nice, however I’m wary now because of my last experience.

The attending staff were grossly unqualified, unintelligent, and despicable in representing the franchise and corporate entity. I was appalled by their treatment of me as a senior professional. There will be notifications issued discouraging corporate and client patronage at Granada Inn, Santa Clara, CA

Hallway smelled of weed. Couldn’t get into my room. They didn’t have another room available. I had to cancel and go somewhere else.

Dirty rooms, extreme noise, troublesome AC, terrific stay!
Room 156 must be the worst one, I was not able to sleep due to squeaky flooring and constantly banging doors, AC works for only 2 -3 minutes and then goes off completely dead, rooms were dirty, I found a half used shampoo bottle in the cabinet.
After staying in hundreds of hotels, I am surprised of the conditions. I tried to change my room, no one to be found at the lobby after 12 AM.

Location was good. The rooms were clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was too minimalistic and I really wouldn't call it a proper breakfast. There were no eggs, or juices, or adequate fruits.
On checking in they asked for a security deposit despite making the full payment at check in. Though it was refunded after check out, it wasn't a friendly gesture.

- Big room with plenty of space and additional amenities.
- lighting in the room was not so great.
- cleaning can be better. I'd say 8/10. The important places were clean - bathroom, shower, bed.

Comfortable room.
Room windows were open when I checked in! Area did not feel secure enough for a solo traveler. Breakfast spread was not good.

Location is good
Facilities at the hotel were absolute disaster. Cleaning service was just once a week. The basin in the kitchen was unclean. Breakfast included just one fruit, bread, coffee (they called this continental breakfast)

Like that it was small and quiet
The beds were too hard sheets had stains shower had mold tub looked disgusting we could give our toddler a bath because how brown tub was and water was extremely cloudy

Clean room, fairly peaceful with little to no noise from other guests. Small kitchen with microwave hot plate and refrigerator.
Semi dated room and an ultra small shower. Bathroom fan that is noisy but does very little to control shower humidity. I cracked the door to help vent the bathroom and it ended up setting off the smoke detector in the room.
