I liked that we got two beds even though I just needed one which I’m glad we did because we have a 1 year an half old an she tends to take up the bed so we wouldn’t fit on one. It was pretty basic and simple had a desk and chair shocking we didn’t need but came in handy for a little dinner type table so it works. Tv was wonderful. Bathroom blew me away very large like an yet small. Our bathroom/ kitchen was together but worked great because they have a sliding door to the bathroom and plus kitchen so I was able to keep it close an keep our child out of the bathroom an getting into things very useful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has kids that are under 5 definitely child proof. Also very convenient for an elder person they have handles near toilets and at shower etc to help them get off the toilet or hold their selfs up. Only got photo of shower part of bathroom couldn’t help it. I really love it had to share with my fam lol

Only thing I notice microwave was dirty i don’t know if it’s from age or stains on the bottom, etc. I only used it to warm up milk didn’t do any harm to my item so it worked

Nothing. This place is terrible. And the staff is extremely rude.

Right when you pull into the place you get bad vibes. It looks NOTHING like the pictures posted on booking. There were people living out of the rooms sitting out in their vans. Very trashy. The spot next to us had garbage everywhere on the porch. There were cigarettes everywhere. Just the air in the room felt gross. I very kindly asked if he would give me a refund to which he was very rude and told me no. I can’t believe I spent $333. This was for my daughters bday. What a terrible experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Very clean staff very friendly

The check in was smooth.

The motel is old and dated. Room smelt moldy, furniture and fittings are old and the bathroom was also a little tired and the coffee machine and fridge are located in the bathroom. The shower does not have a tray, only a curtain to keep in the spray. We could not open the bedroom curtains as the other guests are looking directly into the room. The area is not so good as it is not near the beach or other places of interest in Santa Cruz.

The person who helped me at front desk was very kind and friendly 😊 check in was a breeze. The room was very clean the ac worked very good.

Unfortunately we had a room with 2 double beds for 2 Adults and 2 children, and doubles are just a tad small for 2 people would have preferred at least a queen. My pillow was just ok should have brought my own. Bed itself wasn't bad just small.I want to give a great review for there friendliness and cleanliness but I had a rough night sleep in that small bed
