Our mini suit was nice for starters , very clean . However not for the price !!

We had to change rooms two times. Firet because of Worn out madrases, then because of noise from the pool machinery. Each time, the clerk was annoyed. The spa was out of order and the pool was full of leaves. All 3 rooms smelled of AC-fungus

Location is nowhere near the ocean. I paid for a suite listed as having an ocean view yet the hotel is 15 minutes from the Ocean.
The hotel also Refused to honor the price promised via Booking.com

Breakfast was wonderful staff seem courtesy. It was clean and had everything in the snack bar if needed as well as a quiet location. Across from a gym and a beach view 🧐. Staff gave me a couple on book for boardwalk really appreciate that.
Booked a room with a bathtub as i have had several back surgeries and when I got there even though it said it on my booking email I was told that they didn't have a room with a bath to suite us. I literally almost cried and she said she was sorry to try the jacuzzi early. Needless to say the hot tub was full with lots of loud young couples and for hours unchecked each morning and each night. Different people but no room for me. I don't have a bath at home have to go to physical therapy etc etc my whole trip was based around a tub and as nice as it was it didn't have the one thing I needed and wanted most. This has been my first vacation in 4 years taking care of my elderly parents and then my sister got cancer. I was so excited. Sorry it seem silly but it was quite a let down.

The location was surprisingly quiet being both close to HWY 1 and the beach at Natural Bridges.

The breakfast was good, clean tables and within a good space with the proper amount of tables. The rooms were great, quite comfortable.
A bit more variety in the breakfast options. Very limited options protein wise.

Why on earth do they serve breakfast with plastic/ one time usable dishes and cutlery?! Plus weird stains on the bathroom wall.

our room is spacious. breakfast is great very fulfilling. staff is good
the only downfall is I did not get the room that I reserved. I communicated to the staff that I will check in late. they replied that it’s ok. but still I did not get the room that I reserved. but overall it’s ok

Not like a Marriot 4 star. All utensils for breakfast were paper or plastic. Our first experience of such eco friendly equipment.....while we understand the reason for this is is not good for customer service. Also the rooms were freezing cold on first night with the only alternative being really noisy aircon fixed in the window

Location. I chose it for proximity to the natural bridge state park. It turned out to be also very close to the Saturday farmers market.
I booked a room with 2 queen beds and requested higher floor. The hotel responded the request would be accepted. But when we got there, they had given our room to someone else. My family of four that includes a 6’5” and 5’8” men, plus a 5’7” robust woman, had to sleep in a king size bed and a super thin fold-out full size couch mattress. The Night Shift staff brought us some extra beddings but they were not enough to make our night comfortable. They gave us a partial refund but our overall experience was ruined upon arrival.

I will never go there again I will never tell any of my friends are family to go there I was held up by one of the employees and managers that was on the shift was so busy at the front desk eating her cornflakes she just Wave me on and I try to complain about the employee she could care less I’ve called her three times to talk to the general manager and I’ve gotten nothing done no callbacks know nothing

Great location, really good breakfast
my swimsuit bleached out in the hot tub, I showed it to the manager after it happened. The Sunday morning breakfast crew talked loudly to each other while we were trying to have a quiet breakfast, so we moved to another area

Some people women at breakfast area with bad humor, upset, not happy and very dry with customers, she arrived at facility around 10:00 am , direct to the breakfast area , dressing in black , mouthing the nice employees.

Our hotel and arrival time was confirmed with the hotel but when arriving after about 30 hours of traveling our room was no longer available and we had to arrange another hotel as there were no rooms avaliable. Staff were really great and looked like a nice hotel. Just a real disapointing start to our US holiday

Good quality yogurt, granola, fresh fruit. Good coffee. Decent bagels. Very large and comfortable room. Quiet enough to open windows at night. Close to west end coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.
The pool and spa were closed for repair.

The pool and sauna were not available for use due to repairs. That was one of the reasons I booked at the site.
