Elevator was slow and made horrible sounds. Staff should explain breakfast bar, pancakes were doughy.
Bathroom no fan, patched hole in door, floor went up and down in areas was weird

I loved everything about the stay. rooms were super clean and nice. Staff was great to work with. Wife and Kiddo had a blast staying there.

Perfect location. Bar and restaurant. Also breakfast can be included which is awesome. Great customer service - especially bartender Corey. Clean hotel for a very decent price.
Not that we didnt like, but breakfast set up could be done in easier way. Instead of servers taking orders you should let people go and order whatever they want. Stuff is very friendly and helpful so they could just come around and ask if anything else is needed.

It was a great location for our purpose. Also plenty of dining options nearby.
The TV remote and menu was very weird and hard to figure out.

The people were super nice and breakfast availability was very convenient.
The room was not maintained. Formica was missing or chipped. Tile around the tub needs replaced. The tub has a large chip and it was painted over…… not of Hilton quality. The sink stopper was not working and had to be unscrewed to drain showing collected hair.

Nice clean room
The hot tub was cold the pool was ice cold fitness center had broken equipment and I got double charged for my room told I can't get it back for a couple days they say that's just what they do as a hotel I told him it was wrong. That's just taking advantage of people.

Room was humid. Window air conditioner was very loud, especially at night. Each of three days the breakfast servers gave different info on what was and was not included with our breakfast that we booked with the room. The workout room has three treadmills which are all broken. One day we came back to the room and it had not been made up, but the tip I left had been taken. I was overcharged when I checked out and had to pull up my booking on my phone to get the correct price.
We stayed three nights and thought we would spend more and enjoy it, but it was no better than some much less expensive hotels.

I liked the things that actually worked.
Everything was literally out of order. Hot tub, every ice maker, every vending machine (on every floor might i add), and half of the fitness center machines were out of order. Not to mention, we got locked out several times because the key card machines barely worked.

it was clean, comfortable and staff was amazing.
The hot tub and heater were broken. my children were very disappointed for the pool and I was really looking forward to the hot tub. everything else was great.

The food, bar, and staff were great.
The jacuzzi was broken and the exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work. Also, booking.com sold us a king room with doors that shut to separate living area and we paid more for this room due to having a teenager. When we arrived the hotel informed us they do not even have a room that the pictures show and said booking.com booked is for a king bed with a sleeper sofa right next to it. One small room. Had we would have known this we wod have obviously booked 2 queen beds instead. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable.

We liked the ability to order breakfast without leaving the Hotel. The Hotel and room were very clean and maintained. All of the staff were very pleasant and courteous.
Our only disappointment was the room size vs the rate.

Located near the event we were attending, with easy parking. Near major shopping opportunities.
The furnishings were old and showing wear. Formica was peeling from the night stand.

I booked the room for our Pastor and his wife who were coming into town for My wife's funeral. When he went to check in the hotel did not have any record of the confirmation # (2243136714) I had been given on September 3rd, nor of the $ 169.12 payment that had been charged to my American Express card at that time. I went up to the hotel, got no satisfaction from the hotel, and ended up having the charge that the Pastor had been paid to my card. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and have used Booking.com for years also. I am extremely disappointed with your service. Jerry Pfeifer ([email protected]) I expect to be reimbursed for my $169.12!

The rooms were updated and nicer than most. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The microwave sounded like it was going to blow up...the pool was small ...breakfast was supposed to be included they wanted to charge us 13.00 dollars for it...
