the parking lot is a mess

the hot tub heater was broken, one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Also our toilet clogged and we called for help but maintenance didn’t come until 9:30 am and we had to check out . All we needed was a quick plunger that housekeeping finally provided when we asked them in the hallway . it was a very disappointing stay.

The hotel was really nice. The room was clean and nice. The pool and jacuzzi was a lot of fun and very clean.
The food at the restaurant was not very good. I ordered chicken and it was really rubbery and gross. The area was pretty nice . There was something sketchy going on down the street at a gas station that made me a little wary but it was nice overall

i loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi, i loved the cleanness... I loved the friendly staff. I loved the waiting area ( living room area) Great food! This place very convenient with food, snacks, acholic beverages and also medicine as well!

the furniture is a little outdated. they allowed pets where people were eating in lounge and this should be unacceptable. Everyone doesn’t want to eat around animals.

I was told the pool would be open and when I arrived it was closed. Also, the hot water was not hot barely Luke warm.

Everything was magnificent😍
The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and comfortable. The room was exceptional and cozy. I would definitely be going back.
I wasn't please with the prices but oh well. I hope in the future they will offer more savings. Just wishful thinking, huh?
