Front desk individual that was working between the hours of 9pm-7:30 am was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Suggested we stay at another hotel and they because I wasn’t a Diamond level owner she could possibly walk me away. Almost as a threat.

The best like always. The young lady that was there was very nice and welcoming. This stay was perfect.

Staff at front desk was super friendly and always welcoming. Close/walking distance to a variety of places for groceries and/or coffee

Breakfast…..very slow, not prepared with food being out and supplied, and ran out a lot.

The staff at breakfast was phenomenal. They always went above and beyond expectation. Your hostesses Belinda and Jennifer are exceptional in all aspects of their job. They definitely will be one of our reasons to revisit your hotel. Other services and staff were also very amenable to any of our requests or needs.

Maybe timelessness of house keeping (supplying towels and other small amenities; but is understandable due to the events that were occurring during our stay. A different time might show a more positive response.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean. Location was great.

The pillows were a little softer than I prefer. They had 2 ice machines out of order.
