The room was terrible. Not clean. Had to ask for another bedspread because had over 20 burn holes. Absolutely not nice food area . Nothing. Will not stay again. No soda.no food

Booked online, got there checked into room it was DIRTY pillow cases had stains , I just asked for more so that I could change them myself. the actual pillows were nasty 🤮 I clean all rooms regardless when I check in. This one had dirty cups & straws onside the bed. I then got ready to remove the bed spread and realized the covers hadn’t been changed there was blood specs & chocolate all over the sheets & food crumbs. The lady upfront put me in another room well she let me check it first soon as I walked in I gaged it smelled like death and raw fish. She then put me in another room 3rd room was somewhat okay , I only stayed because it was non refundable which sucks. Wasn’t happy with stay at all

As someone who used to clean professionally the room appeared clean to the naked eye if you look closer you could see that the room was cleaned to bare necessity. There were stains covering the lamps, and the bedding had stains on them and the pillows truly suck. My suggestion for future reference change the bedding to a darker color if you don’t plan to replace after every guest, buy darker lamp shades or give the ones in your room a thorough cleaning and do so after every guest, and buy decent pillows and replace often. I did get a smoking room so I figured there would be a smell to a certain degree but it gets to be a bit much as a non smoker. I would suggest easing the walls down periodically as well.I didn’t complain because I was grateful to have a place to stay as I only slept there. Not trying to bash the place just some pointers from someone who used to clean mansions in multiple states.

Nothing I left after the group of 🪳 came out to drink my drink I couldn’t even eat they took over my meal.

Way too many bugs and stains in the covers on the bed there were blood stains all on the pillow cases. It was awful it’s been years since I’ve stayed at this hotel and I probably never will again

There was no breakfast mostly because of the covid. I was with my sister I stay there every year I am a vendor at the Christmas craft show at the ho week center

People in office we're not very friendly but we weren't worried about that but just needed the room they did keep us up front which made us feel a lot safer
