I loved the breakfast options that were prepared to order. The plant based breakfast sandwich was better than the impossible sandwich at Starbucks so 10/10.
The room was spacious which I appreciate because NY is notorious for splitting a room to increase profits.
I loved that I could control the temperature in my room.
The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful.
When I arrived, my bed sheets were clean, however the duvet in between them was filthy. The duvet was so dirty that it made the room smell like a homeless person. Once I removed those sheets the stench went away. I was so disgusted I doubled the sheets on my pillows, bed and asked for the old sheets to be taken immediately.
The vents were all dusty and need to be cleaned and maintained.
The rugs in the room need to be removed. The rug had a stain in my room and the corners were dusty. I wore socks with sandals just so my feet wouldn’t touch the rug and I placed all my belongs on the desk so that they wouldn’t touch the rug.
The grout between the bathroom tiles needs to be cleaned with bleach to remove the mold that was in the corners.
Finally, the hall smelled like weed once I turned to take the elevator. This I know is outside of the staffs control as people can be degenerates, but it’s sad and makes for an unpleasant experience.

El hotel tiene todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unos días geniales en la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama muy cómoda. Aunque el hotel está al norte de Manhattan está súper bien comunicado y se tarda solo 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad.
Lo único malo fue que el ascensor estuvo estropeado varios días pero tampoco fue para tanto

temperature in the room - it was either cold or hot. the carpet was not fresh - it was a bit moist, there was a smell of weed in the elevators, the breakfast sandwich took 40min to make and I had to cancel the order. lady at the front desk apologized politely and gave me the yogurt and nuts for free. I’m surprised that it was part of Marriott chain.

We really liked the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs bar had good drinks and a nice vibe. Ubers were quick. Would definitely stay again.
Expensive for one night and parking was also expensive.

the location was perfect for us. as we were visiting a friend who lives quite close
the HVAC unit in our room was super noisy and seemed to alternate between full ON and full OFF. Turning the control to low fan had no effect. We spent each night being constantly awakened by the blowing and noise.

The hotel is very low key and peaceful. The Staff was very helpful and insightful to make sure I had everything I needed . house keeping was very detailed in keeping my space clean when I left my room for the day . come home from work with a refresh room . I love the tv and how it greeted me and had alot of information to share
I stayed and had to rebook through the app three times when once I spend over my four night I should of be able to rebook with a discount . $800 in the hotel stay they should of be able to give me a discount.
