La habitación era pequeña pero suficiente para una estancia en la que solo vas a dormir. Está cerca del metro por lo que facilita la movilidad.
La limpieza, el baño es compartido por dos habitaciones, con lo que no es un gran problema compartirlo. Pero se tendría que limpiar cada día a una hora determinada, y en nuestra estancia no fue así. También es verdad que depende un poco de lo limpios que sean el resto de huéspedes, pero esto no se puede controlar.

Kontakt zum Gastgeber war toll, haben alle nötigen Informationen sehr rasch erhalten. Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet, Lage mit wenigen Minuten zur U-Bahn war perfekt!

O gerente do local foi muito simpático e manteve o banheiro muito limpo sempre, mesmo sendo dividido com outras pessoas. Pelo preço, foi um achado pq conseguimos ficar na ilha de Manhattan, mesmo que mais afastados do centro e o metrô não estava muito longe dali.
A região é um pouco vazia e bem residencial tarde da noite, após passear pelos outros pontos. Por não ser um hotel, faltam algumas facilidades que as grandes redes oferecem, mas no geral a experiência foi positiva. E dependendo do seu quarto, vc precisa subir alguns lances de escada com sua mala até o quarto.

Nicely decorated. Comfy. Clean. Quiet.
Check in process, getting codes and info was not smooth. Getting codes and unit info was delayed. Had requested 3-4pm check in and didn't get codes until 5pm. Voice-mail full on contact phone. Unnecessary stress. Shower. Needs regrouting, some mold. Despite these, I would stay there again. Hopefully next time will be smoother.

Just coziness in room, nothing more special

Nothing. Very disappointing.
The description is totally wrong misleading to believe they are offering the entire studio which has private bathroom in it. Manikins at the entrances are spooky. The stairs are old and floors are all squeaky.

Bathroom was very clean.
Described as complete 1 bedroom apartment and no mention of having to share bathroom which I thought was totally unacceptable. I would NEVER have booked it had it been transparent/ clear on the booking site. Would have cost me half the price in a single bed hostel with a shared bathroom
