The grounds and lobby looked great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Under construction, hall ways were 100 degrees. We were at the very end of the hall with plastic sheeting up. Impossible to keep the room cool. Noisy little air conditioner leaked all over the carpet. No pool, but we were not told this when we checked in. Came down for dinner and there was no cook. We had to go back out to eat. Again, not mentioned when we checked in. Could have stayed somewhere cheaper and gotten the same thig or better.

hotel was under some construction. Due this it was very warm in the common areas. I couldn’t get the ac to stay on. Three staff members assisted the customer ahead of me at check in while I waited for 45 min. the happy hour and breakfast did not start on time which was a disappointment esp. for breakfast since we originally planned to eat at the hotel but had to go elsewhere since we had an appointment we could not be late for.

Hotel was super clean. Lobby was really lovely. Breakfast was excellent!

Wish we had known that the pool and gym were closed.

Manager was nice...after we dealt with rude employee the night we arrived.

This hotel was easy to get to from the Highway, it had a very inviting appearance, the lobby and rooms appearance were very upbeat, everything worked.

There was not much lighting in the room. It was very dark. Larger lamps or more lamps would help.

the toilet ran constant if the handle was not lifted. it was a little noisy but to be expected with a the ISU game and a full hotel.

Temp controls didn’t work so either was frozen or hot and humid; bathroom faucet gets water everywhere; hooks on bathroom door to hang towels was falling out of the door; no coffee in the room just tea

Sink and tub drains are restricted. Water pressure at shower is poor. HVAC system does not have the ability to have a constant fan and is loud when operating.

The hallways were hot, they didn't have a/c.
