Nice breakfast with lots of variety. Quiet convenient hotel with a couple restaurants in walking distance.

A little more expensive than some.

Breakfast was great!! Multiple options and very filling.

The bathtub facet was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t shut so I still heard it dripping as I tried to sleep. The tub would drain during my bath despite using drain plug so I had to refill several times.

Good location

This property needs a complete overhaul. Our room was worn and dated. The magnetic locks in two rooms didn’t work. Apparently out of battery.

The room was moldy and the accessible shower was dangerous.

Wouldn’t know since you overbooked and cancelled us the day we were suppose to check in.

It was clean and well kept

During our stay the front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and informative! Also I had a coffee spill at the front door and went to get napkins to clean it up my self but a kind gentleman employee of yours saw it and right away and said to me “oh no Mam, I will take care of that for you” and so I applaud all of your staff!

Good breakfast menu but serving room was tight for several people at once.

Error in final bill; room rate for 2nd night inaccurate. Also, not even minimal room touch up on 2nd day.

Great Location if you are visiting the Homewood / Mountain Brook area. However, next time we're going across the highway and back to the Embassy Suites.

Oh Gee, where do I start? The 'closet' is a joke, and difficult to access. The room was NEVER cleaned. We only got fresh towels when we asked. (and because there is not a vent in the bathroom, the towels never dry). Only half the lights in the Bathroom worked. Electronic Key mysteriously stopped working EVERY day, causing me to have to trek from my 5th floor room to the front desk at least a half a dozen times during my 4 day stay. The staff insisted that my keeping the card in my wallet was the reason for the malfunction! (This is not my first rodeo. I have stayed in scores of hotels all over the globe and always keep my card key in my wallet.) And finally, Kids were running and screaming in the hallway until 12:45 am on my final night.

Well when I can't get anyone from the location (called twice to ask for one) nor Booking.com (called twice) to give me an itemized receipt, nothing. It has been causing me a headache with expense reporting. Both entities are claiming it is under the other's responsibilities. I just need a receipt!

The room had a musky odor

The bed was comfortable, and it was close to the Mountain Brook shops and restaurants.

The pet policy is a terrible idea. A dog across the hall from us barked the whole time, and we were told there was nothing that could be done because they allow pets. Add to that knowledge that there is carpet in this hotel and it makes the place seem nasty. The furniture in the bathroom needs to be stained again; it’s in poor shape. The breakfast was very minimal.

Breakfast not worth staying for, went out. No diet drinks for sale during my 2 day stay(come on!)

Room was warm, even though I had the thermostat on 61 degrees.(both nights)

The breakfast was good and the staff was quite professional. I have stayed there before and really enjoyed the time there.

Front desk staff was very accommodating in putting my family in adjoining rooms. There are apparently only 2 on each floor, and are doubles instead of kings. Have to also give a shout out to the maids, as they were able to cheerfully responded to our requests.
