The location was convenient to many shopping centers.

The breakfast was mediocre, the value was less than acceptable, considering neighboring hotels offered fresher and better meal options for the same or lesser rate. The only snacks and drinks available after breakfast were vending machine and very few options to choose. Bring your own drinks and snacks. The beds were extra firm, to stiff for comfort, and the pillows flattened like no pillow existed but the beds and rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub was fair. The staff had a difficult time with language barrier, BUT was very kind and respectful.

The location and the room size was perfect for our family.

The staff wouldn’t give us enough comfort items for my whole family. No sheets for pull out bed, when requested only received a sheet not a bedspread. Only three towels in our room with a reservation of 4. Stated they are full and couldn’t give me another unless I turn the others in.

It was close to where I needed to go.

The shower water came out "hard" and I couldn't adjust the nozzle. One lamp was broken. The phone did not work. The sofa bed mattress was very dirty and it came with no linens. When I went to the front desk to ask for linens, I was given one sheet. I asked for a blanket and he told me there were no more. The rod to close the curtains was way too high and I had to stand on the very tips of my toes to reach them (I am 5'3"). I went to ask for more two more towels and washcloths was told there were some in my room. I said, yes but I need two more please. He only gave me two towels and two hand towels. In the morning, I went to ask for two washcloths and he said there were no more. The orange juice at breakfast was rancid, the home fries were not cooked, just warmed, the waffle syrup had no taste, the oatmeal toppings container was broken so they were open, the biscuits were cold, and the utensils were laid in a bunch in each compartment (unsanitary). Definitely was not worth $166/night.

The staff/Owner very rude not friendly and gave out blankets with whole.

Drapes did not close completely. Middle portion of drapes were "shears" only. List of nearby restaurants was woefully out of date. Some restaurants had moved and several on the list were no longer in business.

The room wasn’t clean enough for me my liking, there was a mirror that was broken, the nonsmoking room smelled of smoking and marijuana that gave me a headache the whole stay.
