The hotel charged more than what Booking.com quoted as a total price including taxes and fees. Spent hour of my time showing emails with price quoted. Staff incompetent. Don’t pay at property.

Location
Really poor value for money. Spent over $300/night for just an adequate room, really uninspiring breakfast, and loud drilling and construction at 8:00 am. What the hell! The front desk couldn't care less when several rooms complained. We should have been notified when they decided to renovate and they should have enforced the work to start at 9:00 am. Had to stand on a desk and pound the ceiling to get the work to stop. I have stayed there at least once a year for 20 years and that is the last time I will give them any money. Completely unacceptable response by staff and I left feeling like I had been price gouged.

The location.
Was offered to receive my invoice by email. Now, after sending 3 reminders, still didn’t receive it. Very poor customer service… Did get 5 reminders to review my stay. Voilà!

Front desk staff were great at check in/check out. Faith and Tiffany were very pleasant.
Tub in room 108 does not drain very well at all.

they had limited selection of warm food. No plain scrambled eggs, no bacon. They refused to give me honors points (although the desk clerk tried) because I booked with you. I wanted housekeeping for fresh towels and to make the beds, they even asked and I said yes, and it didn't happen.
Researched for a hot tub to use, site said it was there. Nope, apparently there were issues with it so they filled it in.
