It was a good location and where our room was, gave us plenty of privacy. The welcome on the TV was a nice touch. The bed was a welcome change after sleeping on hard twin mattresses.

Felt a bit over priced. Yes I asked for a king bed, but my biggest complaint was there was no mini fridge. Even most middle of the line rooms usually have one. I had gotten some ice cream for my spouse and I, but lost it due to the lack if a fridge/freezer. The hotel did offer to bring one, but by then it was late at night and not worth it.

The sheets were almost clean but there were hairs on the bed.

The pricing is not made clear. Everything is an add on. It cost $12 to park?!?! The lady at the front desk said when I checked in that the $25 incidental fee would fall off my bill if I didn't use the incidentals in the room. But she conveniently left out the fact that parking is $12 of that $25 incidental fee. There was no microwave in the room. I had to heat my food in the lobby by the front desk. Booking.com showed breakfast was included, but there was no continental breakfast. The "breakfast" was a separate fee at the hotel restaurant. I wish this information had been advertised so I'd have known they nickel and dimed you for literally everything. Almost $150 for one night and no breakfast included. Such a shame.

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded my expectations. After staying at disappointing hotel in St. George Utah, this place was awesome. My grandkids enjoyed the cookies we were given at the front desk! We will definitely stay here on our way home.

I didn’t like having to pay for self parking 🙁

The Dinner and Breakfast was very good. The food satisfied every individual taste and was very well maintained by the chef/cooks. We would absolutely eat at the restaurant again.

The bathroom and shower was extremely dirty with mildew/mold. in the corners of the shower, grout lines on the floor, along with the grime on the light switches, My wife had to clean the bathroom (i.e., tub/shower corners and grout lines) just so we could use the facilities. Management was helpful and sent housekeeping, who was very friendly, and tried to take care of the issue. However, she was not given adequate cleaning supplies to get rid of mildew/mold from the shower, floor grout, and light switches.
