Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff

The room smelled terrible, like feces or old people. The toilet leaked all over the floor. We reported it and were moved quickly and efficiently for the second day of our stay. Buffet was limited for the price

Breakfast great! Great oatmeal too! Servers so nice friendly and energetic. Room very comfortable and clean and quiet at night. Front desk staff very nice and pleasant and helpful.

We liked the pool

We had spiders and ants in our bathroom..... also the toilet looked like it was not cleaned from previous guests. I definitely overpaid for a non desirable room.... not happy at all. Could have stayed somewhere else for 280 a night. Looking for some kind of refund.

Location was great. Employees were pleasant.

Only thing that stood out out was no housekeeping on the 2nd day of our stay. Not sure if we missed the time slot but it wasn’t a big deal.

Could deffently use a restoration pretty worn out,low water pressure in shower,and hole in the wall at shower attachment and alot of dust behind end stands at wall,needs cleaning

Location was easily accessible to the highway. Food was fresh and restaurant style dining.

However Booking failed to mention that Free Breakfast covers only 2 people. So when there is a family of 3 and one of them is an 87 year old elderly, I was very dissatisfied that the Front Desk was less than courteous to give a discount considering I paid for 2 nights and charge me over $600 on top of all the fees, and taxes
