Bistro with food available. Working fan and air conditioner. Comfortable pillows and bed.
Bistro had one menu to share amongst all guests. Check in clerks were not consistent giving waters to bonvoy members. No room service available and the chicken sandwiches were undercooked.

We enjoy this hotel because it is quiet and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Some people complain about the staff. If you act like a spoiled brat then you do not make friends. A special shout out to Ken, J, and Justin. Everyone we encountered was genuine and courteous.

I paid for a suite and ended up with a room with a couch. I am sorry a suite is meant to look like a suite and not a standard room.

It had a restaurant and bar . You could sit at a table or eat and drink in the lounge area. Quiet. Great mattress and pillow.
It was all good.

The noise level - super quiet in the evening.
The cleanliness of the room. My shower would not drain because of the drain being covered in hair below the drain pan.

The room air conditioning was noisy and would not shut off when cooled. Choice was either to sweat without it for the quiet or stay cool with a lot of noise interrupting your sleep. All else about the room and hotel was fine.
