The parking logistics were awful. The first time I sent a text for my car and gave them 20 mins before coming down stairs,. I had to wait an additional 15mins before car arrived. The second time I called, no difference in response time...all svcs. I waited 30mins in room for bellman which never came. I carried my bags down stairs.

My wife and I loved every aspect of the facility. Keep doing what you're doing. Great food, accommodations and staff.

Your reservation service who made the reservation was not very good. On 5/18/23 I requested an oceanfront room & he gave me an oceanview. I questioned him about it & he insisted it was the same thing…which I didn’t feel was correct. Sure enough when we arrived it was not oceanfront & none were available by check-in on 6/23/23. Then he tried (3) times to charge the total at the time of reservation but my cc company denied the charge all three times. I found out later he wasn’t supposed to do that. You’re charged on site.

the hotel is clean well maintained, wonderful location. we thoroughly enjoyed the place.
The restaurants are so busy catering for the one time wedding parties, that regular customers find it hard to get a reservation.

The property itself is gorgeous, but the hotel rooms are dirty. I was there with a group and everyone had the same complaints. The hotel is severely understaffed. Definitely not up to Ritz Carlton standards especially for the price of the rooms

The beds uncomfortable. Room did not get cleaned second day. So third we asked them to clean it, but did not receive wash cloths. Asked for them, but they never brought them. Sheets did not get changed in all 3 nights. Bird poop on patio when we arrived and never cleaned. These things should never happen in a five star hotel. We have stayed at this facility 4 other times over the last fifteen years and never experienced anything like this before. It was always first class before.
