Beautiful location and clean

Long lines at check in. They did not have my room ready at 4 pm or earlier. I had to wait in line to check in for 30 minutes. Then I had to wait 2 hours after check in to get my room ready. There were about a hundred people in the lobby waiting to get their room as well. They were very unorganized with check in. The room is supposed to be from 4 pm to 10 am check out. That is not even 24 hour stay and they charge you a full day. It is not worth to stay for one night. You need at least 3. They should give you longer and have the room ready earlier.

Very good location, large and beautiful villas, Free parking garage, courteous staff.

Check out time is at 10:00 AM which is too early. 12 O'clock will be much better.

We stayed in 1612. On checking in we were not told how to access our room on the lower level as the stairs would have been difficult for us. We eventually found found a person that told us it was in the next building.

The internal layout of the villa was roomy. The swimming pool was good.

Noise from the external road. Noise from the service yard that our balcony looked onto where the noise started at 7am. Noise from other guests ( not that the guests were being very noisy, just poor build quality meant you could hear footsteps, running water etc). Do not accept a room in building 3400 if you want a quiet rest!!
