I didnt like how they took my money and then I got there to check-in and I was then turned down. But they never gave me my refund.

Everything was clean and people was friendly
They don’t have a jacuzzi that’s was the mean reason I booked there and also I paid for internet everyday and didn’t ask for it I use my phone data

I love Springhill because they are clean and comfortable
We settled in to our room and was going to watch tv and there was no remote so my husband went down to get one and the girl at the desk said we don’t have extras and then found one and said well it may not work and sure enough it did not so I called down to desk and asked for batteries and she said they didn’t have any and then proceeded to tell her that there was a dirty shirt hanging on the bathroom door and she said oh and then said well we don’t have any rooms and she then hung up. I am so upset and I have never had such a bad experience with Springhill and I am not happy at all.

Did not stay the man that worked overnight was rude and I asked for my money back and no one responded

The cleanliness, location but…
We were misled by the info stating property had a hot tub and there was a picture to prove so, but when we checked in front desk clerk said there was no hot tub???

The Housekeeping staff do excellent work. This determination was primarily based on how clean the bathroom was especially under the toilet rim. It passed. No nasty looking green/black stuff. I was in a renovated room and pleased with the results. It was spacious enough for to move about without bumping into furniture. The mattress was comfortable allowing me to sleep well.
The two elevator shafts need repair. The noises you heard as the elevators moved made you feel as if at any moment you could get stuck.

The room was brand new and nicely designed. You can still smell the new carpet laid! Loved it!
A minor delay checking in and a slight mishap with my room but both were handled with professionalism and courtesy. The staff was great. Breakfast selections could use some improvement however. There was no fresh fruit selections and no bacon. Only bananas and a few old oranges.

Staff really nice and accommodating
Only thing was my key wouldn't work for my door upon returning at 11:30pm. The staff couldn't find the right tool to fix it but they eventually found it. Waited for an hour and 15 min for then to change the battery in the key component. The young lady stayed until I was in my room. She was very knowledgeable in how to fix it from previous experience at smoothed hotel. I can't remember her name but she was due to get off at 12mn but stayed until my problem was fixed. The staff was incredible.

It was very nice. The staff was really nice and funny. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were super comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but a bit more variety would help. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The floors need to be more sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and every footstep in the room above was disturbing.

The property is under heavy renovation - was not disclosed on the website. Grounds covered with shipping containers. Active construction on site. If you like sleeping in a construction site, this is your place.
