The closeness to where we needed to be was great, and the value was incredible. It felt comfy and cozy for the most part.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had service-wise at a hotel! Nearly every single staff member was lazy and didn't have a good attitude. The room was supposed to be ready to check in at 2pm but they had us waiting in the car with two cats until FIVE AT NIGHT! It was infuriating!

Good location- for where I needed to be.

Hallways smelled like urine when walking in the building. Furniture broken in one of the bedrooms, living room furniture very old and worn out. TV in bedroom not working.

Everytime my family travels to Alpharetta, GA we stay here. I love the location, and how it’s close to the mall and other great stores and restaurants.

Nothing.. property and suites are always clean, and comfortable.

The front desk people were nice. My suite was roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and stocked with towels.

The kitchen was clean but under stocked as far as dishes, pans, utensils, etc. I also would’ve appreciated some dish soap or dish washer liquid. The hallways and elevator reeked of pot smoke. I’m just glad it didn’t waft into my room.

It was so clean. Comfy beds, nice room! The whole place was pretty and the staff was so sweet. Good breakfast.

Close to where I was working. Convenient access to the freeway.

It was always dirty! They clean once a week and will only give you new towels if you bring your dirty ones to the lobby. Also, I was woken up many nights by a late night (3am) basketball game that went on without any interference. This is not a good long term stay location, you’ll be lucky to have a pan for cooking, don’t even think about a sponge to wash dishes, and have clean utensils, don’t hope for much!
