The location, the size of the room, the facilities, screened in balcony, and the staff.

Thin pillows, the wall sockets were constantly out (circuit breaker issues?), and the room had so much allergen. It seemed clean but my allergies say otherwise.

we didn’t enjoy that 2 single beds were pushed together to make a king and the check in process wasn’t all that smooth as we only received the access code to the door after we checked in, which was a bit awkward

I like the location, we enjoyed the pool, but it wasn't resort style that I prefer, more than half the pool is lanes. The staff was nice.

I have young kids and stayed a week. I normally have to vacuum or sweep up after my kids every day. There was no broom or vacuum and no daily room service which is fine , but I need to clean up daily so it was kinda frustrating. We did have the crew come to clean on the 4th daysince we called and had no cleaning supplies. I suggest they leave guests a broom. There was quite a few times I could have used a metal or glass pan to cook, but there was nothing to use. We needed scissors and a pizza cutter. There is only a set of 4 forks, spoons and knives. I have more than 4 in my family.

Friendly residents to include Lance and his significant other in room 112 who were willing to go above and beyond to be neighborly when I needed assistance after hours. The amenities were great. Lovely community with impeccable grounds keeping.

I believe the resort is pet friendly, therefore there was a slight lingering odor in the condo. I tried opening the balcony sliding door to alleviate the scent which only made a minor dent.

Separate bedrooms and large kitchen, very accommodating, clean and smelled great!!

I loved how clean the property was as well as quiet, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. This is now my go to location when I visit in Tampa. I loved it, it was a home away from home, and it accommodated my husband and children. I encourage anyone who’s looking for comfort and cleansing please go to these wonderful condos.

Nothing really I enjoyed everything. But if I could say anything I wish the living room was a tad bit bigger.

I that the rooms were spacious and fall apart from each other. The shower was awesome!

I didn’t like that the master bathroom door did not stay closed. Had to keep adjusting.

The rooms was beautiful and clean. Amazing pool view. Amazing bathrooms and kitchen. I loved that you can cook. I will be back again. The environment was nice clean and kid friendly. Lots of parking.
