Had to be moved because my first room had blood on the couch carpet was wet the second room that they put me in was better but starting at the crack of dawn there was construction going on right outside my window no coffee creamer and the sink was backed up and would not dain

VERY sketchy area. Majority of cars in parking lot looked like they'd been parked for a while - maybe a lot of long-term residents. Did not feel safe and told desk clerk we weren't staying. She was nice about it but seemed unsurprised. I would not recommend this location.

Breakfast was fine. Location was very convenient. Suite was comfortable with ample room to move around and watch tv while relaxing on couch.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be and is easily accessible to highways and shopping for visitors. The bed was pretty good and the sheets were fine. The towels were fairly plush.

The room needs a deep clean. Upon entering it was clear to us that previous guests had smoked in the room. There was a smell of air freshener trying to cover up the cigarette smoke. There were multiple cigarette burn marks on several pieces of furniture. There were numerous stains on the carpeting both in the living area and the bathroom. The shower water heat did not maintain for two showers. The heater fan is very loud. Are there noise rules? We were woken up at 12:30 a.m. by a basketball game outside our room which was quite loud with shouting and the hard ball bounce, despite the fact it was dark and in the high 30s.

Overall was very cozy and roomy for 2 people. My wife really enjoyed it. Very nice room.

Toilet didn't work, but was fixed asap. Closet door came off the track. Need more than 2 sets of towels and linen.

The location to the event center (we were there for a cheer competition) was amazing. The front staff that checked us in was so kind!! The room was comfortable and I loved that it had a kitchenette fully stocked with plates, glasses, etc.

It was a bit close to the highway so we could hear traffic. However, it wasn’t so loud we couldn’t sleep.

Jenn and Larry were very professional and friendly they welcomed us with a smile and engaged in conversation. I will recommend Sonesta to family and friends and we will stay again, when another competition takes place there. The hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations. Thank you ladies for making our first experience in Ohio a memorable and positive experience.

The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful

No remotes working for the TV's. No breakfast to speak of. Could not use the table or chairs due to missing screws. Stains on the bedding. For the price, I was disappointed.

these would be the best hotels if they would upgrade them a little the phones don’t work and the fireplace is wood burning so it’s basically unable to be used unless you brings logs. the ceiling was cracking the wall and curtains were dirty. The shower and carpet were dirty also.
