Not a whole lot….

There was only one towel It had a strange smell Toilet didn’t flush properly The laundry lady opened the door & shoved the keys at us. The pictures online were definitely OLD, taken a LONG time ago…..

Convenient

Dirty!!!! Blood. Roaches.

Blood on sheets. Roaches.

Close to everything, staff was fine

Asked for extra blankets and they told me “they couldn’t provide them” had to go buy my own

Nothing

The office was closed when we arrived, there was a red phone on the side that did NOT work and there was a gentleman trting to use it when we was getting frustrated and was yelling because he couldn't get keys to his room, when a guy opened the office door and told him the 3rd parties were selling rooms when they were sold out and he didn't have a room. He did get information and had me go in the office. When I checked in, he told me the wrong building of where our room was. Then we got to the room to find a lighter on the nightstand and no comforters on the bed, and the bathroom door was busted in. My family didn't feel safe or comfortable staying at this facility, so we drove home 3 1/2 hours.

The kitchen

There's no maintenance, surroundings are dirty, no smoking rooms smell like a permanent cigarette aroma. Children running everywhere without supervision.

Really nothing from the get go! The 1st room we had the toilet was clogged and there was no way to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper. When asked to get someone to come unclog the toilet they just ended up movin us to another room which again had to towels or toilet paper. I asked the lady at the desk n she said that she had absolutely no toilet paper on the premises that their truck had no ran yet. When I asked for towels there were none they were being washed.

Your staff the mgr during the day was so extremely rude and out of ctrl! I have never been so mortified by someone's behavior especially someone who is in the customer svc. field. I asked for towels the next afternoon mind you we had not taken showers now since the day before around 7:00 a.m. so well past 24 hrs. I was yelled & pointed at with papers in her hand.

Everyone was helpful and nice
