I liked the location, so close to the airport and major highways.
Not having coffee 24 hours a day was a disappointment, so I had to go out and buy it. I wish that you offer breakfast so that you don't have to go out and eat before heading to the airport if you have an morning flight.

Property itself was clean and staff member was pleasant
Hotel didn’t have the reservation from booking akd was unable to enter it in their system despite getting a call from booking.com CS rep, we were unable to check in until almost 2 am and had to pay for a room different than what had been booked

Location and price.
I had to leave early and there was no one to take care of breakfast items for purchase. The coffee was warm. While in the shower I noticed a used wash rag hanging over the shower rod. The king size bed was more like a queen. It wasn’t worth it to upgrade to balcony. It’s literally just enough room for 2 small chairs.

The second floor had a very loud ice machine but, we asked for a new room and we’re accommodated right away!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing- both the water pressure and temperature were perfect
The hallways weren’t as clean as I would like, and there was a distinct odor that hung in the air. To be fair that was the fault of a guest(s). The hotel was actively remedying the issue during our stay

Close to airport with airport shuttle. Self service Laundry. Quiet with a comfortable bed. Tv options include free streaming with Showtime.

The staff was excellent! we arrived at 4:30 AM (our flight was delayed). I had called to let them know we would be late. Cameron had everything ready for us when we walked in. The room is decorated beautifully and the king sized bed was so comfortable. The thick curtains kept the room dark so we could sleep in. overall we were very happy we chose this hotel!

Was completely lied to about which room I got from the one that I booked. I booked a “King suite one bedroom with a balcony” and I was put in just a room with king bed. no suite, no bedroom, no balcony, and the lady at the front desk told me that it’s the exact room advertised through the booking app. the square footage was at least 250ft less than the one I booked. when I asked about it she told me that the app gave the wrong information but wouldn’t fix it or accommodate me for the room I really booked. also when asking for an extra key THE SAME STAFF MEMBER kept telling us there were no extra keys we could have. when she left the next member gave us the extra key to the room
and said they had plenty of extra ones.
