The hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly and inviting. The location was perfect for our event at amphitheater which was only a 3 minute drive. The hotel and room were very clean.

The hotel room had some maintenance issues but nothing that hindered our stay, just meticulous things. The breakfast had an array of foods but everything was terribly dry. The sausage patty I don't believe was even real meat. It seemed almost like a wet sponge. Again didn't ruin our time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Location great.

Charge for parking was unexpected and very disappointing. We have been staying at this hotel 2 to3 times per year and do not appreciate recent management/owner decision to charge for parking. This is a mistake.

Beautiful,quiet, clean property. The rooms were fantastic. The pool and grounds were definitely nicer than most chain hotels.

The room was decently clean, especially for a pet-friendly hotel. The included breakfast was surprisingly good as well. Parking area was well-lit.

When I went to check in they tried to double charge me for the pet fee. The young woman who was checking me in agreed that the total seemed high and asked for assistance. The woman who came to "assist" acted like I was ridiculous for questioning the charges and tried to argue that my math was off. Ultimately I got it worked out with the person who was originally helping me but had I not questioned it I imagine getting the extra $82 back would have been another type of nightmare. Despite having reported that we'd have two adults and two kids there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper. They were quickly provided when I asked, though. There was only a shower, no bathtub, which was inconvenient. There was also only one elevator to service all three floors. The pool was out of service despite there being no mention of this on thks site, on the hotel's site, or as we were checking in. It wasn't until I asked what the pool hours were that I was told it was out of service.

Very good facilities for the price. Both bedrooms were en-suite, nice kitchen and lounge area, air conditioning, pool, breakfast, massive TV in living area 📺 ...and a cracking bar about ten minute walk away.

Bit isolated (you need to drive anywhere), air con was really noisy.

The location was great. Very convenient for all the things I did while in town.

While everything looked new and appeared to have been recently remodeled, there was an old smell. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was noticeable especially if the AC was not set to a low temperature.

Please get rid of that foolish plexiglass at the front desk. We were finished with that a long time ago and why you still have it there is beyond me.

Breakfast was nice but very crowded with a team staying in the hotel

I scheduled with the front desk on Tuesday to have our room cleaned on Thursday and it wasn't done. I was told they would be up to clean it but no one showed when I called again I was told when they could get to it they would,we had company coming to visit us this was unexceptionable. The general manager was aware but never spoke with us I went down Friday morning but she was off for the weekend.
