Location is very nice !

They room was not as nice as your competition or the price . And the valet parking, was interesting.

clean room, great location

the pool was ridiculously small. Will not choose this hotel if we plan on swimming.

That they changed our room for balcony.

That you had to pay so much for garage area could have spent another night for that price.

Location of my room and Bug in the bed. Tub too slippery, I almost fell

the location was really nice. mostly clean.

there were blood (3) spots on the wall in our room. we went down and asked for another room and was treated as if it was a real problem that she had to move us ! I tried to remain positive and jolly but before it was all over with it was not a pleasant experience.

Cleanness

Valet parking team was very cordial and efficient. Front desk check in was also very good.

They need to have a dedicated coffee service. Standing in line with 10 people ordering breakfast while waiting just for a cup of coffee is just plain stupid. On two occasions I left the hotel and got a cup of coffee outside of the hotel.
