The details. We stay in a lot of hotels and I notice construction details. Like tile in the bathroom was done neat and looked nice. Doors closed easily, no pealing wallpaper etc. Liked the upgraded sink and faucet. Nice shower and soap dispenser.

I wish the lighting in the room was brighter. So dark after the sun went down.

Clean, modern accommodations, comfortable and quiet.
Not enough coffee in the room . Had to go to the lobby to get a second cup and that coffee was warm and bad tasting.

The rooms were clean, room service was available with nice options. There were snacks, drinks, and ice cream in a little market by the front desk. were able to print some things we needed for free.
The place was updated and very clean. The staff was very nice.
The area seemed safe and away from trouble. It was close to restaurants and shopping by car.
The coffee was always out downstairs when my husband wanted it, they only put decaf in our room, and didn’t fill the body wash in the bathroom. I’m sure we could have asked for anything we needed and we didn’t.

It was available. Good room size.
$200 a night to stay in Renton, never thought that would happen. On top of that, had to pay for parking, no breakfast, no hot tub, and a dirty pool.😕

The rooms were well equipped. Staff was awesome!
Advertised free breakfast does not exist. They need to update their website. Dog friendly is great, but they should mention before you get there that they charge an extra $75 for having a dog.

really just everything a hotel is supposed to be on a budget, but didn’t feel like a motel 6. definitely would stay again
just the beds, they were ultra firm 9000 XL HD etc.

We stay here VERY often. It’s clean, comfortable & in good proximity to family & doctors (often our reason for staying).
The person to check us in was alone & on her phone when we arrived, obviously clearing up a booking problem. A mother/daughter were waiting with their card keys & said they’d been given keys to a room that already had people in it! Then were told we had no reservation, even though I had the confirmation number from booking 5 days prior. She ended up making a new reservation, after she’d asked me to find my name on a guest list. Very poorly trained staff, which we’d never experienced before. The desk area, which has always been neat & clean was messy. I asked if there was new ownership & she said yes. When sharing this on checking out, the desk person said they had bought other properties, not be sold.
