I like how welcoming some of your staff is.. I also enjoy some of your other guests they are nice.

I don't like the fact that my fiances vehicle was stolen out of your parking lot. And no one even attempted to inform us about the situation. He left to go to work on Monday and went outside and his work truck was gone. So that's how we found out. And also it didn't seem like anyone really cared about the whole thing. Like we went to address it with the GM and he acted like it wasn't his problem or concern. He just kept talking on the phone his personal phone to his significant other or whatever arguing with them on the phone. Just kinda blew us off like this incident wasn't a big deal. When it is a big deal. That was a company work truck not our personal vehicle. That was very upsetting to me and didn't sit well.

It was clean

Not having a door key.  It was not good having to have the staff of escort you for five days up to your room.

The smell through out the stay was horrific

The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The price was great and should we ever venture to the Pacific Northwest again, we will return to this location.

There were just some things we weren't aware of going in such as having to pay for additional towels if we weren't staying for more than 14 days. Our bathroom faucet was also wobbly. However, neither of these things were all that bad.

The location is good, handy for the airport and the mall, also only 25 minutes into Seattle downtown (or take light rail from tukwila Park and ride) . Lots of different restaurant options nearby. Full size fridge with a large freezer compartment. Air conditioning. On site laundry facilities that take card payments.

OK, on arrival there was a homeless guy having a very loud argument with reception (this is an ongoing theme). Lots of obvious drug use, halls, lift and exterior areas smell of weed. Room booked for four people had two cups, two glasses, two forks... Etc, no coffee maker in the room and the free coffee in the lobby? Undrinkable. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told to go buy some at Walmart. We actually went to the local goodwill and bought a kettle, extra cutlery and so on, to make the room seem less like a prison camp. Shower is useless, dribbles five jets of water from a shower head fastened six feet up on the wall. Our room also had a phone socket hanging off the wall with exposed wires. Stayed nearly three weeks, housekeeping never cleaned in that time, not even to sweep the floor. I guess that explains the ant infestation in the room. It felt like it should have been significantly cheaper than it was. Buying our own cutlery, pillows and kettle in a suite being marketed to tourists seems remarkable.

The room was clean. The Hotel was not far from the airport and closed to restaurants the mall and fun center. The staff was very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable. The sheets kept coming off every time you moved you had to get up and put the sheet back on . The air conditioner did not cool the room down. Had it on 65 and it was still hot in there. There’s no breakfast available at the hotel or no swim pool. The rooms do not have coffee makers . For being a suite there was no where to sit except for two kitchen chairs The room next to us had dogs that bark every time you walk by or they heard a noise . There was construction in the parking lot . There is not a lot of dishes or silverware. Some of the dishes were not clean.
