Breakfast very basic and not something I would eat (muffin and cereal bar). Location to where I needed to be daily was excellent. Bed very comfortable.

Cockroach in the room, lack of working TV remote, swimming pool not open, noise upstairs, breakfast poor.

Very clean, updated, plenty of space, excellent breakfast, coffee available all day, kids loved the pool.

Only suggestion would be some wall cabinets/shelves for towels & wash cloths and some type of cabinet/shelves for people's toiletries in bathroom. Maybe more lighting in bed area.

The gentleman at the front desk was able to fix my booking mix up that accord online through an app. He was very friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. The room was very nice and clean. The decor and bedding made it feel very warm and inviting. Like a home away from home.

Upon check in the refigerator is the room was not operational, aligned with another room. That room was not the King size Suite that I originally requested, reserved and thus paid for, then aligned to another room which was nice. The bed was not firm at all, extremely soft.....but I wanted to spend New Years Eve away from home so, we made it work. Upon check the the young lady at the front desk around 10:00ish was rude. I provided her my room key and informed her I was checking out, as she verified by name and room number, she indicated that how did I get aligned to this room. I informed her of some of the challenges and the look and the comment was a bit disheatening.

Room was comfortable. Miss the couch they used to have. Shower was nice once the water warmed up.

Took forever to get hot water at midnight to take a shower. Other then that it was great.

Breakfast could be better. The facility should have TVs that work in rooms.

Powered eggs and reheated sausage - tasteless. Cold cereal. Poor quality food overall.

Very dated facility. Looks like it was cheaply constructed when new. Finishes in the room were poor to say the least. Vinyl on couch looked like it came from a fifties Ford. High price and not even a smart TV

Great staff, good breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds...

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain honestly.

The property was under construction so it was extremely loud and we were there for rest from a surgery.

The noise and we were double charged
