Bedding was not tucked well. Sheets too loose.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, especially for a Marriott. And the bed was on the east wall, but the tv was on the south wall. So it was hard to see the tv. Property is showing its age.

Rude staff, no menu, no soap at sink, no tea or instant coffee station even though they had a had water dispenser, but it was broken and no cups, no scoop in the ice machine, no blankets, bed faced sideways away from the TV, noise if you complained they threatened you with police action. USB outlets on only one side of the bed. When I went down to the desk in the AM they could care less and I asked for a manager. Awful food, expense no bread, no salad but 22 for 8 ravioli. No silverware. Worst Hotel in existence!!! Do not stay here!

The location is great; ample parking; the staff was very helpful, even though the hotel was obviously understaffed. I had a King Room and it was very comfortable. The event space was nicely prepared and maintained throughout the weekend. The brightest spot each day was Reggie’s smiling face at breakfast. He was very kind.

You can tell that it is aging. I was disappointed at the lack of USB ports and lack of dresser drawers in the room. The shower supplies were not filled. Also, there should be microwaves in the rooms. I am on a special diet for heath reasons and it was too inconvenient to go to the lobby to use the only microwave in the hotel.

-Quiet location, nice lobby -Bed was comfortable -Needs proper cleaning and maintenance/upkeep idk if it's lack of staffing or just don't care.

-Hairs were on pillows and bed- asked for new ones and shampoo, neither were dropped off. -Tub faucet and shower head shot water everywhere, didn't drain well

Great location near Maryville University. Plenty of parking

Beds were harder than I prefer but tolerable. Wallpaper under window was pealing and appeared moldy. Easy fix
