Room having 2 bedrooms.
The toilet needs to be higher . It feels like one from an elementary school. My husband and I are in our 60's. It would be nice to have a king size bed in one of the bedrooms

close to my job. has a kitchen
not clean but it is never clean. Broken light bulb on the desk and missing dinner plate but am used to this degree of inattention at this hotel. have many stays here each year so that I have the convenience of cooking my dinner. The breakfast here continues to be inedible. Colby cheese omelet is very hard and the pepper cheese soufflé defies description. one day last week each of these was your warm food offering on the same day. it was embarrassing your hotel. it is so far from the Marriott standard and so inferior to your competition. stick with the coffee and the apples. even the bananas are old and unpleasant most days. check my annual use of Marriott properties and you will see thst I am a very loyal customer but you are stretching my patience at this place
one last comment. I booked my stay 2-3 days before checking in. That week your website had a lot of problems. even the hotel acknowledged that. I finally did the reservation on Expedia and was told that I could not get my points because of that
REALLY!!!! Another Marriott “rule” I suppose. you are not making me happy and my experience with you is less than optimal

The location was awesome
Not enough supplies for the sofa bed. Noise level through the night was horrible through the night. It was stomping all night above us.

Everything was fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good.
I was disappointed in the room because I thought each bedroom had its own bathroom.
I was sure that was how it was described.

The bed was to be a queen and was full size!!! Couch was VERY uncomfortable

Bed was excellent, very comfortable and towels were nice. Hotel is a bit outdated.
Kitchen was well stocked and nice to have a larger refrigerator rather than one of those mini ones.
Employees all took their smoke break together, which was not very professional seeing 4-5 people standing in front smoking. As a non smoker having to walk by and smell it was disgusting. There is a dedicated smoking area by the pool for guests, but employees smoking by the front door is not very welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to canc el my second night's stay without penalty.
There was no washcloth and only 1 towel in the room; I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. That didn't really matter because when I arose to take a shower in the morning, the water never got warmer than luke warm even after 15 minutes of run-in so no shower! The bed was one of the most uncomfortable that I have encountered. When I went to my car, I discovered that I couldn't enter the door nearest my room (broken) and had to enter through the front door. Arghhhhh

Well me and my fiance booked through booking.com(423.15) we were running behind called to inform of a eta and with in a min my card was charged 500...so I call back to ask what the heck and inform them that was not the card I was going to pay with. So she said she would refund it then she asked for correct card then proceed to charge 250 then woke up next morning to another 60 then next morning another 250. I spent all weekend fighting with mariot corporate,my bank and booking.com filed a complaint with corporate not 1 but 2 times 1st one magical disappeared the second well never hot sent to the manager of hotel. never did the staff at the store offer any discounts there was dead bugs in room and stained sheets in room and at 3am when I arrived after 13 hour drive I was beat try to shower there was little to no water pressure. Staff was just rude and disrespect was outrageous so at this point I have paid 1060 for a room that should have only been 423.15 well upon check out the manager I disclosed everything to her she did give me a 75 off but come on 75 off 1060 is not even enough for the hassle and loss of $ I did not budget in for definitely will NOT be recommending or using this facility or any Marriott for that matter if this is how they run.

Clean and location
Hotel was nice, it was clean and close to where we need to go. The staff that checked us in was rude. As I was checking in (my friends that I’m with went back in the car to get a mask), along with my other friend, the staff asked what was going on outside and told us that the property was not a party hotel. I answered back that we know. She also asked for our ID’s and looked at us like we can’t be trusted. Then she said, “you know that if somebody complained you’ll get kicked out?”. Politely I said, yes we know. We just didn’t like the way she approached us and the tone of her voice.
