You could tell it had been remodeled recently. Lobby was nice.
Bathroom needed work. Vent was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been clean in years. Bathtub drained super slow so you were standing in water the whole time. Also looked very dingy.

There was a fraternity reunion and they were LOUD late into the night or rather morning, like 2:00 am. Not to mention my room was right at the elevator which the party was using all night long and the later it got the LOUDER they were

Pet hair everywhere!!!! Leaves in sheets, food crumbs on tv stand. Hairs lots of hairs is tub. Bathroom floor dirty, had dirty footprints!!!!! Definitely needs a remodel!!

NO HOT WATER! We all waited to shower in the morning and I turned on the water to find no hot water! As we needed to get on with our trip, we dressed and went downstairs and advised to clerk of the issue. He turned around, looked at something in a closet and said nothing to us.

The breakfast was good.
The shower had mould on the roof, the beds were very uncomfortable and instantly when you walk in the room smelt stale. Definitely not worth the price. Also told the man at reception that someone had just hit a guests car and drove off and he didn't care at all

The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was convenient for traveling.
We were on the second floor, and the folks above us has a really squeeky bed and loud footsteps. Didn't realize this was a pet friendly place (my fault) and there were barking dogs. Wasn't a horrible experience, but not quite what we were hoping.

The location was good & the hotel was very clean. The bed & pillows were comfortable. We were pleased that the hotel was very clean without using cleaners that smell strong.
We stayed in a suite. The sofa wasn’t comfortable at all.

This is an older hotel but is clean and comfortable. We were in a King Suite , which was separate from the bedroom area. We really like that. Lots of restaurants in the area. We asked the desk staff, who was very nice, for recommendations for dinner that were not a chain. She directed us to a place downtown. It was very good. Breakfast was continental.
Pillows. Would much prefer standard or king size pillows over the the squares.
