This room was practically half the price of many nearby chain hotel rooms, so we were not expecting much. Boy were we wrong! The check-in/check-out processes were a breeze; both owners were friendly and accomodating. We had a king room on an upper floor. The bed was very comfortable and everything clean as a pin. The hotel provides ice, a vending machine for drinks, and self-serve laundry facilities if you need those. There was coffee available in the lobby at 7 each morning.

I would definitely stay here in the future, but because it is so near a connecting roadway, bring earplugs. We always travel with a box fan and white noise machine and we could still hear the passing ambulances/LEOs before we fell into a deep sleep.

The cash deposit requirement is a major inconvenience at check-in and at check-out. For some reason they can take credit card payments, but not a credit card hold for damages. They have a third-party ATM in the lobby to make a few bucks off people who get caught unaware by this.

The door handle lock to the room was very bad. Not a very secure feeling with it because you can still push the door in and out about 3/4 to an inch. The refrigerator had mold in it and the ice bucket needs to be cleaned. Especially the lid that fits on the ice bucket dirty on the inside pretty gross. The shower curtain does not keep water inside the tab. Small flood on the floor outside the tub. They get a 70 percent on the cleanliness of the room. It's a no smoking room, but it smells like people have been smoking in the room.

Close to eateries and shopping. Smoking rooms available. Location was quiet. Friendly ataff

Breakfast wasn't breakfast, just coffee

Nice room, comfortable bed.

Advertised hot continental breakfast but after we checked in we were told they had stopped that “since Covid”. There was a coffee thermos which was empty at 8 am and the young man at reception was unable or unwilling to fill it. I was a bit dismayed to have to leave a $40 cash deposit on check-in but this was returned to me after room was checked on leaving.

Because I just do. And nobody bother you.

The people that work here

The lady at the desk greeted me by name, that was very nice and I noticed and appreciated it right away. The check in was quick and hassle free. Staff was very friendly had no issues whatsoever. For the price you can't beat it.

No pool

room phones were broken and not in working order. Staff would not switch to have a room phone that was working.
