The property was fine—clean and easy to find.
What I didn’t like was that they had no reservation for me from booking.com. I don’t know where things went wrong, but the hotel staff was lovely and accommodated us with a room. However, we paid booking.com for a king-sized suite, but because the hotel had none left to offer, we settled for a smaller unit. Booking.com owes me some sort of compensation.

One bed and a folding couch for $600.? Very expensive and not very impressive.

It was clean. Located near the places I wanted to be. I liked the pool and hot tube and the amenities that were inside the room

The Front desk staff that checked me in were professional friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub spa were clean and quiet while I used them.

Hot tub was broken upon arrival. Indoor pool was not heated. Was supposed to have a king size suite. Wound up with a queen size bed. TVs kept going in and out. Remotes did not work properly. Mold was found in the kitchenette. General manager Bob was very rude and dismissal.

Room was dated, tightly packed, door into room did not close completely there was a gap at the top - noticed this on all doors in hallway, had stale previous smokers odor in room

We had nothing but the best service while here. The family and I played basketball and went swimming while here. Nice low traffic area to walk the dog.

Easily accessible and close to City center
We had a room on the 3rd floor that had a downlight outside just above the windows that could not be totally blocked by the blackout shades.

The staff were polite.
I chose this hotel because it was labelled as a Bonvoy Marriott. A Bonvoy is supposed to be a superior Marriott hotel. It was not. It was average; I paid for more than average.

I liked being able to bring along my pet and there being a specific area to walk them. There were poop bags as well at the trash can.
