Location too far to walk to town’s attractions. Breakfast not too good.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The whole hotel was very clean and up to date.

The staff was not good. We were promised to have the shuttle pick us up and when we called, the lady at the front desk said you better call an uber or taxi we won't pick you up. No apologies or regret. She was rather rude. When I explained to her that I had talked directly to the hotel and arranged for a pickup she said call an Uber or Taxi. She kept referring to me as a sir and I corrected her 7 times before I got loud and said I am a Woman not a Man, A female not Male. then she still preceded to call me sir. I then reported her to the manager and showed him the email confirming they would pick us up at the train station and take us to the Airport, and his response was they should not have sent me that email. They only pick up from the train station if you book with Alaska Tour and Travel. He was nicer. Don't ask for a reference to eat at night because the same lady at the front desk sent me and my 17 year old granddaughter to a taco place that was also a dive bar. My granddaughter could not have entered because she was not 21. Customer service here is terrible.

Exceptionally polite and helpful staff. My relatives flew in to Anchorage at 2 am and your shuttle service was excellent and timely. I was pleasantly surprised. The room appeared to have undergone a recent facelift, attractively appointed, quiet and restful. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Pool and fitness center good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is good, breakfast doesn't have many choices, but it was ok and convenient.

Something happened to the toilet and water came rushing out, they did move us to a new room.

it’s close to a busy road and you could cars all hours of the day, the add on extra fees when you check in that aren’t noted, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, the screen was broken, we didn’t get our room cleaned and we weren’t even asked, we kept having to go get things like sheets , blankets. The toilet flooded and when I put a towel down I noticed it was dirty.

Love that there was a hot tub and the work out room onsite

thought we had we got the room with the jacuzzi tub but you have to call in advance and reserve it which was fine. the front desk said the pool was open but there was a sign on the door and they couldn’t get a hold of maintenance. they said we could use the sister hotels swimming pool across the way but we decided it was a hassle. we booked it mostly for the swimming pool. still a nice stay overall
