About the facility: nothing! But the staff was trying to make up for it.
1) LOUD!!! This hotel is above a I-93, a MAJOR highway. If you are thinking of getting an actual sleep, don't even bother coming here
2) OUTDATED! Carpeting is old and dirty. In the room we stayed at, the shower head literally broke off !
3) No, it's not a pool. It's barely a bigger bathtub. And, during the short time we were there, it was not even open because apparently someone had an "accident" there. Just gross.
4) Worst part: as I walked out of my room, a man with his family from the next door room walked up to me and said: "Excuse me, we need towels in our room. No need for room service, just towels". YEP!!! I won't even. But yes, I am black and the guest was a white male.

The hotel is outside Boston City but we had a car and it took around 15 to 20minutes to get there. It is not so far away. The rooms are clean and good size. The beds were very comfortable. The personel was very friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast was good.
The rooms were facing the highway so you got the noise, so ask for rooms that are not facing the highway.

location and rooms and breakfast was mediocre and very expensive
beds and pillows could be better and more amenities in room. Only received 1 cup for coffee machine and we were 4 people never got tissue dispenser filled

This may seem small, but I've stayed at many Marriott Courtyards and there are usually small bottles of lotion. There were none this time. I left my moisturizer at home thinking they would most likely supply some. Not the end of the world, but just not up to the usual standard I've experienced in the past.
The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, even at the end of her shift when we were checking out.

Availability
kitchen bar personnel look to have been understaffed. Saturday night basketball games on TV soccer events throughout the town hotel loaded with these guest and one person working the kitchen, unacceptable in my field of business. It was shameful to watch. But the person behind the counter was doing his best and working very hard.

The design of the facility in lobby area as it promoted group meeting areas was well designed.
I liked the cart design…easy to manipulate.
I liked the Floor 4 sunny sitting area.
I liked the receptive staff who were sensitive to needs.
Upper Parking seemed cramped but the lower level was fine.
