The room was big enough for all of our family of 5.
Where should I start? We reserved for 5, only had 4 beds ready, had to go get sheets, blankets, etc and make our own bed. We also found out they had "run off ut" of pillows... The room was dirty, the fourniture was dirty and some of it broken. The microwave was broken and taped up. The room had a coffee maker and coffee but no cups, spoons, etc... overall the cleanliness is probably what we disliked the most.

I liked the price and space of the hotel. Accommodating a family of 5 has been a challenge.
Even though the price and space were good, the facility itself has not been well taken care of: the bathroom was moldy, the furniture stained and/or broken; the t.v didn't work, and unfinished projects.

I booked my room through you and then when I get there it’s been cancelled so I got the last room The bed was to small for 2 people the bed was uncomfortable the floor flooded because the rain came in around the door through gaps and they were smoking pot outside and trying to sell drugs to us and I got double charged and having to wait to get my money back

It was filthy and falling apart. My room smelled like pot in a non smoking hotel. I checked in and out working 5 minutes. I felt completely unsafe. This is not a hotel this is low income housing that is rented weekly and monthly. It was so rundown people had furniture in their front porches. I thought the steps might fall through if I walked in the. A cockroach ran across the kitchen wall when I walked in. There was peeling paint everywhere. I’m trying to get a full refund as I was only there for 5 minutes because I felt so unsafe.

First room I checked into smelled like animal urine. Asked to change to a different room, they put me in a room with no shower curtain and a busted out window covered by a piece of wood. Completely unsafe conditions especially as a women traveling alone.

Absolutely nothing. Back away from the “Book Now” button. Believe me when I say you don’t want any part of this property. It’s plagued by safety issues, dirty rooms, and apathetic management. I only stayed on the premises for 10 minutes and got out, which was 100% the right decision for a woman traveling alone.
As soon as I drove into the motor lobby, I saw people loitering and smoking everywhere. You could tell it wasn’t a hotel for travelers – it was a crash pad for locals. Once I got my key, I drove around to my room and was watched by a whole new set of loiterers who were more unsettling than the welcoming committee out front. Almost every door step was filled with a guest smoking, so it was no surprise that the non-smoking room I reserved reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a maid still in my room cleaning, and the bag of trash she was taking out contained evidence of the party the previous tenants had. While I waited outside for her to finish cleaning, I noticed that somebody before I arrived had tried to kick or punch in the door to my room. That’s when I went back to the front desk and said “no – not doing it.” The desk clerk, who was shielded behind glass for reasons I don’t even want to consider, told me all I had to do was request a free cancellation through the third-party site I had used to book. Over the course of the next week, a $50 security deposit continued to show as “pending” on my credit card, and management would not grant the refund request, check messages through the third-party site, or come to the phone when I called, even when I called back at an appointed time when I was assured a manager would be there. I waited a full week, and thankfully the booking site listened to my experience and within an hour intervened to issue the refund. Read the rest of the reviews for this hotel (which I should have done beforehand). The same themes emerge: dirty, scary, and hard to get your money back when you point out that it’s dirty and scary. If you’re a family or single-female traveler, don’t even pull into the parking lot. I will never be compelled to stay at another Wyndham property, and if corporate had any sense, it would get the Wyndham name off the sign of this place. This hotel deserves zero stars and a police raid.

dirty towels, bed had stains, sticky countertops, filthy floors, broken lights, sticky and dirty couch. the place smelled like weed 24/7 and the pictures they have up are basically a catfish. just don’t.

The beds were decent.
There was poop in the toilet when we arrived. Not huge deal, but still iffed obout it. There was toilet clogging the sink drain and there were sunflower seeds everywhere. Last but not least. The floors were so nasty it turned my kids feet black.

The place was disgusting we had 3different rooms the 1st we stuck to the floor smelled like someone was smoking in there for weeks and the bedding was dirty the 2nd romm just as bad and no tv 3rd the same called booking.com they got us out of our 2nd night would love our money back for 1st cause we didn't stay Wyndham rating has gone down for us.

Crystal which is the Gm she went in and block my reservation so I couldn't cancel. Also charge me 25.00 additional they are money hungry for a trashy ran down facility. The ceilings are falling in the carpet are filthy looks like they haven't been cleaned since the place has been operated. The AC/Heat didn't work. The floors weren't sweep/mop.

Was told this room was a penthouse. The rails leading up the stairs were very loose. Once you get up to the door you had to walk over trash laying everywhere. Get inside and was hit with a smell. Room was very cold and could not get it to heat up. There was no cups,plates,silverware , wine glasses or even trash cans and bags. The carpet leading up to the 2nd floor was dirty. Killed a few bugs crawling around. The furniture was old, did not match and falling apart. 2 of the chairs at the table were breaking at the legs. Once we got in our bed, the sheets and pillow cases were black and dirty. I spilled water on floor and the towel turned jet black where it has not been kept up. The glass is missing from the microwave which made it hard to use. The fridge made loud noises all night long off and on and not Including the fire alarms going off. I'm not sure gow old the pictures were on their site but definitely not correct. You had to watch out for the ceiling due to pieces falling.

Room had not been cleaned, filthy including trash from previous guests. No tvs worked at all. One was even smashed. Asked for kitchen utensils and received next to nothing and what we had gotten was dirty and unwashed. Towels were dirty and cheap dollar general towels. Broken coffee pot but didn't matter, coffee maker didn't work anyway. Almost all lightbulbs were missing entirely. I have come here for weekend get away for 15 years. It used to be nice, now days it is literally trash. I'll be speaking to corporate this time. We chalked last visit a year ago to remodeling, year later worse than its ever been. The entire management staff needs to be replaced. And for the price I pay, I expect better. After 15 years of countless stays, I won't be back.

I travel A LOT for work and stay in hotels often. But this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. When I arrived in my room after checking in it was truly disgusting. It smelled horrible, and the flooring was warped and wet. The surfaces weren't clean in the kitchen, the bedding didn't look clean (may have just been stained, but was unpleasant nonetheless) and the outdoor area was unclean as well. I am not terribly picky, but wasn't about to stay in a filthy room. I requested a refund, and was told to contact Booking.com. Booking told me that it was the property's responsibility since I paid directly to them. I have tried multiple times to contact them and they refuse to respond to any of my communication and requests for a refund.
